Thanks for your question, orbies5! To get the special prizes, you must complete all 10 grade levels of each subject. Then you will receive a special chooser box, which will let you pick the prize that you want. To get more prizes, more of your pets will have to finish that subject. Hope that helps!
I’ve always put ‘ad on’ on webkinznewzganzworld/webkinz website but since June starts, I start having trouble with the floating prices activities, like: couldn’t see the mayor in kinzville park + others (and I have even checked to make sure it’s on the whitelist). Please help. – dinkers10
Hi, dinkers10! Webkinz World sometimes uses different URLs for their servers, so it’s possible that if you have www.webkinz.com on your whitelist, it wouldn’t show things properly if you were connected to www3.webkinz.com — the best way to avoid this is to make sure you have *.webkinz.com on your white list — that will ensure that all Webkinz servers will be whitelisted.

No need to shout, kaye10, I can hear you :) There is no secret Goo-Goo Berry Festival. The Berry Fest starts on June 19. If you’re hearing of people that are winning prizes early, it’s because they had saved their Goo-Goo Berries and Polarberries from previous years. Don’t worry, there will be lots of ways to collect berries coming up!

Dear Fiona, Webkinz is not very popular right now. I recommend that you focus more on physical items. More people on social media post about their physical Webkinz rather than the game. That doesn’t mean you should shut down the game. I recommend improving the site by using those physical items to promote it. Remember when you made all that W Plus stuff and gave it connection to Webkinz World? I suggest making new items for that. That can improve Webkinz and maybe even make it as popular as it was before. Also, Webkinz has a lot of animals, but there are many that still need to be recognized. I remember a Quizzy’s Corner question with the binturong. Webkinz has not made any viverrids yet, so that would be a good idea. Also, we love reptiles! We suggest that you make some more, especially of snakes and crocodilians, which we only have two physical Webkinz pets of each. There are also many Webkinz that you made Signatures of, but not regular versions, as well as some Lil’ kinz. Another thing I would suggest is that you make a new line. Maybe a regular endangered line or a plush desert theme. Another feature that we’ve all been waiting for is the ability to move and sell rooms. Furthermore, I recommend giving free and full members more features, as well as a difficult, but not too difficult way to earn eStore points, like in Amazing World. Also, Webkinz needs more advertising. Webkinz needs to reach out to its target age range, but further expand toward older audiences as well. Webkinz must encourage learning for all ages. A good way to do that is make a new area of Quizzy’s Corner dedicated to wildlife. Finally, Webkinz needs to improve on communication. I have been trying to get my suggestions to you for a while, but I never have been able to. You never respond to my ideas. I suggest that you open an email and hotline for Webkinz fans, as well as encouraging employees to respond to suggestions more often.

I completely agree. A large portion of the webkinz fanbase is based around the plush pets, which Ganz appears to be slacking on right now. For example, we’re recieving a lot of adorable, original online only pets, such as the wild pig or axolotyl, but the plush pets are simply remakes of older webkinz, such as the chipmunk. I think that if Ganz make a second line of signatures, the community would be very thankful (myself certainty included) and the community would grow again since quite a few Webkinz fans only collect signatures/prefer signatures to regular webkinz. I also feel like the only place to be ensured a wide range of webkinz is online stores such as Amazon, but many younger children would want to buy their toys from a toy store. Where I live, there are only a few stores that sell webkinz and none of them sell recent pets. I think the most recent one I have seen in any of the stores is the longhorn steer, or the coloursplash tiger. Even when I went to America, the only place I found webkinz was at hallmark, though they had all the new releases. I know Ganz isn’t exactly in control of which stores wish to stock webkinz, but I do feel like it’s a problem. One the subject of the site itself, I do feel like Webkinz X took away a large amount of my sentimental attachment to it, as I had been playing for around 7 years or so before Webkinz X. The new appearence certainly feels more geared towards younger audiences, especially with the more ’round’ feel of the site, if that makes any sense. However, I do undertstand why it needed to happen, as the game is pretty old and did sort of need updating in terms of appearance. Well, I have tons more to say about this subject, but my final words will be-Ganz, please make more webkinz snakes. The snakes are literally the best things.

Webkinz’s biggest problem is that they are playing it safe instead of taking risks. This won’t help them get popular, and won’t cover for any potential disaster.
Hi, I recently reached 12,000 points on the family score prizes and was suppose to get the kinzville Valley home but it never appeared on my dock its been days please help

Yes, it is very hard. The target bar is so narrow and you have to do 15 reps. I would willingly pay Kinzcash for say 15 seconds more time.
megamom12, YES!! Strength at level 9 and 10 is crazy hard to do! I wasn’t playing when tutoring was available, so I don’t know what that was about. Good luck in your classes!

Dear Fiona, lately I haven’t been able to screenshot things on Webkinz.com with the camera in the top of the screen. When I click it, it just says, “Unable to save”. Is this a problem with the site, or does it have to do with my computer? Thanks! :)
It has to do with your computer. After the last Windows 10 upgrade your computer defaulted back to saving things to the ‘Local Disk.’ This brings up the message ‘Unable to save.’ You have to go to the left hand side and pick your pictures file and then choose the folder you want the picture to go into. Then you save the file. The next time you try to save a picture it will automatically redirect it to the picture file you have been using to save them in.
