I sure do miss the Monkey & Monkey show! For sure, TVs will work again — there are some very exciting plans in the works. As for laptops, what were you hoping to see? There aren’t any current plans to make them more than decorative, but we’d love to hear your ideas!

Thanks for your question, polkapandaprincess. Unfortunately, yes, everyone’s Wacky Bingoz card is doing that right now. We hope to eventually fix it so you get random numbers each time you get a new card, but there’s no timeline for that yet.

Hi, Fiona–how’s your summer going? Hope you’re staying cool. I’ve been decorating some rooms in my pets’ house, and it got me wondering: is there a limit to the number of rooms we can build? If there is, how many can we build? I like to make new rooms, but I don’t like the idea of having to “undecorate” one so I can decorate a new one. Thanks for answering our questions–I think you’re cool, regardless of the weather ;-)

Dear Fiona, there are some items that are glitched like the log jammer ride ( I think that was the name.) it says it’s a roller coaster that your pet can ride, but when I click on it does nothing. Please fix it because it’s estore and I feel like I waisted my money.

Hi, prices from the wheel of wow shouldn’t be exclusive/special that we can NOT sell it in the w shop, cos i am that fortunate to get it (CampKinz Canoe Paddles) more than once from the wheel; and since it has to be hanged in the room, I have no place to hang a double one on the walls of any of my rooms! Please, change it so that one can sell anything that one do not want!
Can I transfer my Moneyz from Ganz world to my Webkinz acct? Is that the same thing as estore points?
Samndawn67, you can’t do that, but, you can use the moneyz to get prizes and then transfer it to your account.
Hi Fiona. I really miss how outdoor themes used to have weather (rain, snow, etc.) because if you were outside with your pet you would dress it accordingly. As for now I think it is the same weather all day. Are there any plans to add this back?

Hello Fiona. Many of the games in the arcade have glitches and I’ve mentioned this before, can it be fixed? Also I only get one die on spree and this has gone on for over a year, did the amount we received change? this is on both my computers. Sometimes when I win money I don’t get it and this makes me very unhappy, I hope all the glitches, problems can be fixed soon, do you think they can!
Hey Terri, when we elected Cowabelle as mayor in 2014, she promised to change the number of SPREE rolls we get from two to one in order to keep our kinz out of the mall and spend more time outdoors. Everyone receives one Spree! roll a day, up to three (they stop accruing at three). So if you play every day, you will receive one die a day. If you skip a day or two, you don’t lose your dice; but they only go up to three. Bonus rolls are awarded in activities and events; and they don’t expire until you use them. Hope this helps clarify your question about the Spree rolls.

You can (I belive) save up to 3 daily role and as many as you have bonus rolls though
Dear Fiona, some animated items, such as the time machine, have been a little glitched out ever since Webkinz X. Will this problem be fixed anytime soon?
My cherry blossom butterfly tree has also been not working ether. It was a deluxe day prize from a few years back,an I really like it.
Same with my White Water Rafting ride.
My log jammer ride isn’t working. It’s a roller coaster but when I click on it nothing happens.

Hey Kinzwars! The Amazing Music Machine (Pet of the Month item) does indeed make sound! I have one in my room. It plays a series of horns for about 6 seconds. It’s pretty cool!
