I sure do miss the Monkey & Monkey show! For sure, TVs will work again — there are some very exciting plans in the works. As for laptops, what were you hoping to see? There aren’t any current plans to make them more than decorative, but we’d love to hear your ideas!

Thanks for your question, polkapandaprincess. Unfortunately, yes, everyone’s Wacky Bingoz card is doing that right now. We hope to eventually fix it so you get random numbers each time you get a new card, but there’s no timeline for that yet.

While you’re not likely to get a direct response to most of your suggestions, posting in the comments here, commenting in the Suggestions section of the Forum, commenting on social media, and sending your questions and comments to podkinz@ganz.com are all great ways to get your thoughts, ideas and questions to Ganz.

Do you know the reason(s) why we cannot sell items back to the W-Shop? I mean if we don’t want them, why do we have to keep them. Do you have any idea? Or if they are not suited for W-Shop return, maybe we can dump them in a garbage or recycle centre that could be created. I can’t wait for your solution! I know you will have one.

Dear Fiona, I was wondering if the makers of Ganz would consider making some extra prizes for “Amanda Panda’s Make a Wish” ? It would be great fun to have a bunch of prizes to choose between the 15 Wish Token items and the 70 Wish Token items? That would be soooooo cool, and make it much more fun to aim for. The 300 token items seem unattainable. I would very much appreciate it, and thanks for listening!!!!!
Dear Fiona, I bought 3 “colorful pool” from the e-store , which are very pretty. However, the ad showed 4 different colors and I only get 3. The purple – magenta color does not show up. Can this be fixed? Thanks for any help, I really like that color ! :) Although the green, blue and gold are pretty also.
Fiona, why cant I switch color zones? WHY? I don’t WANT to be in BLUE! how can I change color zones?? Help?
Sorry, wiskers3; we can’t switch zones anymore. Everyone is in the light blue zone now. This way we don’t have to switch zones to find our friends on KinzChat or in the Clubhouse.
dear fiona, why can’t I send packages?
Help!! Is there a trick to finding Doug? I go into the room at least 3 times a day and have not found him in over 2 years. I get a limited amount of time on the computer for Webkinz and can’t spend it all in the gem room. Is there a better way of finding him? I’m getting very frustrated. Thanks for any help.

Hi, ladyweb7152012–did you know you can search for articles right here on WKN? If you go to the top of the page, where the purple bar is, you’ll find several boxes you can click. Go to the far left box, “Newz Blog, and click on it. It will open a search box. In the box, type “Rare Theme Showcase Medieval Theme;” you will be taken directly to a page where there are two articles about the Medieval Theme collection. If you simply type “Rare Theme Showcase” in the search box, you can see all the rare theme articles. I have found the search feature very helpful–I hope it helps you, too. :-)
