Well, 50ishwebbies, I used to be the CEO before I decided to take a break and do something I really love — delivering mail! Kidding, kidding, but you know, there have been individuals that have moved around quite a bit. We’ve had customer service reps become QA testers, folks in the creative department going into marketing, developers becoming project managers, and sometimes we all have to help out with testing when there’s a big project about to come out.
Thanks for the answers, Fiona! However, I have a question: I shared my Helping Paws code with my friend, and she created an account. But after the first week, when I got estore points, I’ve only received a 100kc token. How come I don’t get any of those cool prizes, or estore points anymore? – Joy_Webkinz
Good question, Joy_Webkinz! Each Helper Account will earn you points towards rewards like eStore Points, KinzCash and the gift boxes, but the points you earn depend on the activity on the Helper Account. The less your friend does on her account, the fewer points you earn towards rewards. That’s why it’s great to have LOTS of Helper Accounts — then the little things they each do on their accounts will add up to better prizes for you.
Hi Fiona! Thanks for so regularly answering all our questions. It’s so helpful! I have a question about the Employment Office. Like you, I love Kinzpost! So I love to do the Kinzpost Sorter job, but it seems like the other hard job (Kinzville Mover) comes up much more often. Is there a reason for this? I’d love to be able to sort Kinzpost more often! I do love KinzPost! I could sort boxes in my sleep. The job postings are random, but that doesn’t mean they’ll show up equally — random can be funny that way. Since they change every hour, you may have to check very often before your favorite job shows up. About the only way you can guarantee to play your favorite game once a day is to become a Deluxe Member — then you can pick which extra job you want… like KinzPost Sorter! Happy sorting!

I have pets and their rooms set up north south east and west . I have seasons in each area like winter is south . It makes it easier to find things . I also have all Heart Care rooms with a <3 symbol on my maps to find those rooms fast when asked to do care. I have 4 gardens and have a pet live in each . All small and older rooms that I empty are for storage Rare , winter fall all sorts of storage .
Hi–recurring problem–IF use an account which was begun as a free account (no matter how much money is later spent) it has become impossible to log into that account due to ads which will not go away & allow log-in. Further complicating this, after this unsuccessful attempt, one cannot then log into ANY other accounts, as the same ads show up–YIKES–YOU ARE GOING TO LOSE THOSE PEOPLE YOU ARE TRYING SO DESPERATELY TO HOOK!
have u tried going to the parents section on the main login screen and turning the ads off. you cant turn turn them off on a free account but once you adopt a pet {and you can actually get one for a $1.99 in the eStore,} it will let you turn the ads off and it is so much better. hope this helps
I have AD’s ON in my FIRE FOX and play with Chrome AD’s OFF. This just saves me time and frustration.

I would like to know why the Pet of the month is always a new pet. I have 14 accounts that i take care of with over 700 pets, been a member since 2009 and in the beginning some of the pets i have were the pet of the month, but for the past year they are always the new pets. Hope you can answer the issue, Thank You

No, In may the pet was the Longhorn Steer. I had mine a few months before it was POTM.

Hm, yeah that is quite odd. Do you mean “new” by pets made within the past year, or within the past 3-4 years? That is true, though…there are many many older pets that haven’t been POTM yet!

I played a RUNNING Tournament yesterday . While in the Holding room . THERE was a TV AND IT WORKED !!! WHY cant they all get fixed . YES THE CHEF WAS THERE !!

Oh, Tiny Gma, I wish I had seen that I do so miss Chef Gazpacho, ‘It’s funny, no?’ I wish I had seen that or the Monkey & Monkey Show. I love that goofy ventriloquist. And my pets would giggle like crazy if I had them on a sofa in front of the TV set. It pushed up their happiness, too. I like that better than sitting plunk-bottom down in a pool. Hearing my pet giggle was awesome.
