Hi, BlackBeauty! We’ve actually done a few Deluxe previews for everyone — the last one was actually on last Webkinz Day (April 29). So I’m sure there will be some more coming up — you’ll just have stay tuned to Webkinz Newz to find out when the next one will be.

Fiona, is there any way to fix it where it is easier to hit the little Xs when when accepting things in the Message Center. They are so small. And you have to hit it just exactly right. Thank you -1granny
Thanks for your question, 1granny. The size of those Xs are controlled somewhat by your screen’s resolution — the higher your resolution, the smaller they’re going to look. So you might have some luck with a lower screen resolution. Does anyone else have any tips?

I have a question. Does Ganz pick the ads that come up on WKN? There are actually ones that are not appropriate if kids play. Some were kind of inappropriate news, a comic that said a girl had a best friend and she realized she loved him and he got another girlfriend…. Etc. If you control these, please put all age appropriate ones!

Hi Fiona! I was just wondering, is Webkinz X doing anymore changes in Webkinz World? Because I know that Webkinz X literally changed everything in the past years. I really miss being able to change the colors of my dock. I’ve been a member of Webkinz online and watched my sibling online for a long period of time. And it’d also be really cool if Ganz would update some of the words in KinzChat. People in KC+ always harass me, so I don’t go there anymore. And is Ganz going to make anymore new zums or hamsters? I miss the dock changes, too! And the backgrounds for your pet if you were deluxe. :( Oh dear, that is awful, I feel so bad! People can be so mean. I have never seen anyone be mean to another luckily, but I must go on at times that all of the people are kind. :( I feel bad for you!
Yeah, the dock changes are terrible! I’m Deluxe, so I ended up changing the background for my dock. Wow, that’s good that you haven’t. Thanks. :P
I have been having a problem with getting on Forty thieves in Ganzworld arcade.It has been about 2 weeks [or more] since I was last able to play. I like to play it every evening. Will it be fixed soon? Thank you…snugsandfriends

Hello Fiona! It’s me again. We all know the AMAZING times you let everyone be a deluxe member for a little bit, but what abought turning Estore points into kinzcash for a day! It would be REALLY cool! Everyone who can’t afford Estore points can get the items they always wanted!

Hey Fiona, I started playing Webkinz almost 12 years ago. When I first started playing, I didn’t really care what my house looked like as long as I could make it bigger. Now that I’m significantly older I really wish I could have my house look a certain way, but I’d need to move or change the sizes of my rooms. Hopefully this is something that is possible to add to an upcoming Webkinz update! Thanks -Kelly989

I have the same problem! I have been playing since I think 2008, and I did a really bad job. It would be so awesome if we could move rooms around and/or sell them. :) Sadly, people have been asking for a long time and Ganz hasn’t done anything. :S
Hi Fiona! I enjoy going to Adventure Park, especially when my task is to visit Boris. Is there anywhere in WW where I can buy wallpaper or flooring that looks like Boris’ cave? I would love to create a “Cave Room” that looks like Boris’ cave, and put in my Adventure Park prizes like the cave potatoes and gem flowers. Please let me know if that wallpaper/flooring is available somewhere, and if not, if the Ganz designers would consider creating it. Thank you!
