I actually have another question; is it possible to get rid of some of the furniture that is supposed to entice us to get the Deluxe Membership. I am able to integrate some of the furniture, but some are too extravagant or too different. I tried selling them or trading them, but it is impossible. I don’t mean to sound ungrateful; howver, they are just sitting there in my dock or my storage rooms. Please help me! -Light1997
Hi, Light1997! Right now there’s no way for you to remove those items yourself — but if you email webkinzsupport@ganz.com with a list of item names, they can remove them from your account for you. Hope that helps!
Hello Fiona! I have been a member of webkinz (not Deluxe until last Nov) since 2009 and I’ve seen webkinz change and grow through-out the time. One of the major complaints I have is the size of the viewing screen on http://www.webkinz.com. Due to the size of this screen many games, wheels and aspects of webkinz world is severely limited too me, due to the buttons being cut off or too close to the bottom of the screen where it doesn’t register the actual button. Is this just me or has others had this problem. I’ve zoomed my screen out but its not the size of my window or the zoom. Another thing I have noticed is the pet tool bar w/travel feature. Often while in the arcade, if I lower the inventory and map bar (which I have to do to play the games or to browse the games) it will freeze me in the since that I am no long allowed to travel, exit the arcade, feed/change my pet. Which requires me to close the whole window down and re-login. I love playing the games, and I love collecting the pets and the collectors cards. I just wish the technical/systematic errors didn’t happen. PS: If it helps I use Google Crome, I don’t like Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge/Internet Explorer: they don’t like Windows 10 on my computer, if that is the problem behind it I don’t know what I will do. – corky10angel
Thanks for your question, corky10angel. It sounds like your screen resolution might be on the low side — at higher screen resolutions, you won’t need to hide your dock, because the windows will be much larger. Webkinz World isn’t meant to be run on small screen resolutions — it leads to those kinds of issues you described, where you can no longer see your dock button to bring it back up. You can try changing your screen resolution by right-clicking your desktop and clicking on Display Settings. You can then try picking a larger screen resolution — though what you can pick will be determined somewhat by your monitor. 1024 x 768 is the absolute minimum, but if you don’t want to have to hide your dock, you’ll want something closer to 1280 x 1024.

I have a sleghride that has been in my dock for years. I can’t use it or get rid of it. I tried calling the support team they don’t know what to do either now what?
Fiona! Do you know what’s happening to the Magical Forest? In the past few days, the figurine hunt and both charm hunts have been closed off to members only! These were some of my favorite things to do every day! Is this what the developers intended?
Hi CrazyCoolCandy – I’m sure what’s happened in the Magical Forest is intentional and most likely will not change in the near future. I have one deluxe account and one regular account and the regular one is now shut out except for Star Challenge and Pachinko Pod. This is what I think happened – a few years ago was a Deluxe Preview day which allowed everybody to play as a deluxe member and opened up the Magical Forest to everyone. When the deluxe preview ended, somehow we were still able to access all the forest games. It was one of those “good glitches” that benefited the regular users. Unfortunately for us, our free time in the Forest has ended. I do hope Ganz will have another deluxe preview day soon so I can cash in all the Zummies I had earned. It is a disappointment, but there are so many other fun things to look forward to in Webkinz World. I’m anxious to start the new trophy challenge next week and the Heart Collection next month. They do change things up in the Magical Forest from time to time, but this does seem kind of strange…hey CrazyCoolCandy, I have another suggestion for you for your video. Try googling “QuickTime for Chromebook”. All kinds of info will come up to help you with the install. Good luck, my friend!
I want to thank you for all the help and support you’ve given me. I just don’t think there is currently a way for me to download QuickTime. When I see it pop up, I’ll give you a call!
There have been some changes to the Magical Forest over the years. Initially, I believe the Fairy Falls and Magic Mire were both only accessible if you purhcased a special item–a charm or mini plush…and Zumwhere was available to players who adopted at least one Zum. Later these games were made Deluxe as a special feature. I guess the Days of Play or Deluxe preview allowed players to have extended access?
