I actually have another question; is it possible to get rid of some of the furniture that is supposed to entice us to get the Deluxe Membership. I am able to integrate some of the furniture, but some are too extravagant or too different. I tried selling them or trading them, but it is impossible. I don’t mean to sound ungrateful; howver, they are just sitting there in my dock or my storage rooms. Please help me! -Light1997

 

 

Hi, Light1997! Right now there’s no way for you to remove those items yourself — but if you email webkinzsupport@ganz.com with a list of item names, they can remove them from your account for you. Hope that helps!
Hello Fiona! I have been a member of webkinz (not Deluxe until last Nov) since 2009 and I’ve seen webkinz change and grow through-out the time. One of the major complaints I have is the size of the viewing screen on http://www.webkinz.com. Due to the size of this screen many games, wheels and aspects of webkinz world is severely limited too me, due to the buttons being cut off or too close to the bottom of the screen where it doesn’t register the actual button. Is this just me or has others had this problem. I’ve zoomed my screen out but its not the size of my window or the zoom. Another thing I have noticed is the pet tool bar w/travel feature. Often while in the arcade, if I lower the inventory and map bar (which I have to do to play the games or to browse the games) it will freeze me in the since that I am no long allowed to travel, exit the arcade, feed/change my pet. Which requires me to close the whole window down and re-login. I love playing the games, and I love collecting the pets and the collectors cards. I just wish the technical/systematic errors didn’t happen. PS: If it helps I use Google Crome, I don’t like Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge/Internet Explorer: they don’t like Windows 10 on my computer, if that is the problem behind it I don’t know what I will do. – corky10angel

 

 

Thanks for your question, corky10angel. It sounds like your screen resolution might be on the low side — at higher screen resolutions, you won’t need to hide your dock, because the windows will be much larger. Webkinz World isn’t meant to be run on small screen resolutions — it leads to those kinds of issues you described, where you can no longer see your dock button to bring it back up. You can try changing your screen resolution by right-clicking your desktop and clicking on Display Settings. You can then try picking a larger screen resolution — though what you can pick will be determined somewhat by your monitor. 1024 x 768 is the absolute minimum, but if you don’t want to have to hide your dock, you’ll want something closer to 1280 x 1024.

    Webkinz is slow so and glitchy all the time. It makes me not want to play. I’ve tried everything I know to do (different browsers, exiting out and logging back in, etc.) and it’s not my computer. I keep failing all my classes at the academy for this. Please fix it soon.

      anderonja, I’m so sorry you are having Webkinz problems. So am I. But you’ve got to bring your grades up. That’s most important. Wish I could help you. Please try using Webkinz as a well deserved reward. It will be worth it.

      Make sure you have Adblock for your browser. If you don’t, it’ll slow down. If you have a gaming card for your computer (a graphics or processor card used for gaming) can also speed things up. I still fail a few classss but having fast wifi, a great graphics/gaming card/processor, and Adblock it helps speed some things up.

    Dear Fiona, I have a problem and I hope you won’t think this is frivolous. My signature Tuxedo Cat, Storm, can’t wear hats. Hats don’t sit on his head like they do on the other pets, they sit over his face with the top of his head showing above. Now, this guy is a fashionista of sorts and seriously NEEDS to wear his hats. I have over a hundred & have tried them all, but none work for Storm. Why is this happening and will it ever change or improve? Poor hatless cat Storm! Thanks, Fiona, you rock!

      Hi 1Emerald!. I have quite a few pets that can’t wear hats. It’s very disappointing. It’s especially frustrating when the hat is part of an eStore outfit that doesn’t look good without the hat! Also, some of my pets have probems wearing glasses.

    Hey Fiona, I have an all room suggestion for ya; how about adding a ‘Insert Name Here’ sign to put in your pets rooms and you can type in the name or name of your pets. Say each of your pets where going to share a room together– and you forgot witch pet was witch, well instead of clicking and changing between pets you can plant these ‘Pet Name Signs’ on witch ever room walls you want so that you’ll never be confused again!

      otisbulldogmiddleton, I’m not sure if this is an answer to what you mean, but I label rooms on my house map with pet names & room theme using abbreviations that I will recognize. Example: on my house map, for Chelsea and Kevin’s Library, I’d label it: Ch & Kev Lib. If you need to, you can leave out spaces between words for your map room label, like: Che&KevLib. As long as YOU know what the label means! LOL. I hope this helps.

        Thanks, though that’s not exactly what I mean. What I mean is it would be signs available in the W Shop, which you can purchase for Kinzcash– It would be a wall decoration item which you can type either your pets name into or just a fun little saying.

    PLEASE HELP: I have a lot of rooms in my Webkinz house that I either want to delete or move around and shift into different spots in the home. The only problem is that I don’t know how exactly to do that.

    Hi, Fiona! You know how Amazing World is closing, right? Anyways, I really don’t want Ganz to do this. I have so many exclusive items on there. If Ganz makes another Mazin’ Hamsters G3, could our accounts be the same? I don’t want anything of mine to be erased, and I spent lots of money with my zings. I don’t want anything to happen to anyone’s zings. And is Ganz going to make AW-themed rooms and AW-themed pets just for the Amazing World players only? A lot of us are going to miss AW.       I feel your pain, MyLittlePony2010EG13. I’m really sad that AW is closing down. I’ve only been a free player, but it’s been such a fun game. I LOVE the items (the clothing and accessories are hilarious). I’ve spent a lot of time playing and decorating…sigh…if only we could keep it going. Makes me miss Mazin’ Hamsters, WK Friends, and AW Friends all over again. At the very least I also wish we could keep our items. It took so long to level up and acquire them…and where else can I fling stuff at the Nix? Or play Cluck’n'Duck? Or race in a maze? I’d be really happy if this decision were overturned.

        I don’t have an Amazing World account, or any of the other games you guys mentioned, but I feel really bad for you if this happening. And WHY is it happening anyway? From what you guys have said that you miss, it seems like GANZ has discontinued a lot of things. That’s sad. :’-( I’m still nervous about WW changes coming the next few years.

    I have a question. Could we ever have the option of our pets at times walking upright as the members of the News Team do, and the Webkinz featured in the opening pages? Clothing can be very misleading. It would be nice to see the outfits we buy (especially with eStore points shown on our pets. Take Mandy, for a perfect example (I hope you don’t mind Mandy) who always looks sooo nice modelling her stylish wardrobe and accessories. But when I put the same outfit on my pet, it nowhere looks likes Mandy’s. I really think it would be fun to have that option to walk upright sometimes.

    This is kind of a complaint. I REALLY think it’s annoying how you could only transfer 2,000, 3,000, 5,000, 10,000, or 20,000 estore points from your Estore account to your Webkinz account. Because Sometimes I need an odd amount and I don’t HAVE THAT MUCH!! I really hope you can change this, it’s so extremely frustrating. :/

      Oh my gosh, yes. My mom has to wait MONTHS to send us estore points! Yes, I miss it when you could type in your own amount instead of happening to have to choose it.
