I actually have another question; is it possible to get rid of some of the furniture that is supposed to entice us to get the Deluxe Membership. I am able to integrate some of the furniture, but some are too extravagant or too different. I tried selling them or trading them, but it is impossible. I don’t mean to sound ungrateful; howver, they are just sitting there in my dock or my storage rooms. Please help me! -Light1997

 

 

Hi, Light1997! Right now there’s no way for you to remove those items yourself — but if you email webkinzsupport@ganz.com with a list of item names, they can remove them from your account for you. Hope that helps!
Hello Fiona! I have been a member of webkinz (not Deluxe until last Nov) since 2009 and I’ve seen webkinz change and grow through-out the time. One of the major complaints I have is the size of the viewing screen on http://www.webkinz.com. Due to the size of this screen many games, wheels and aspects of webkinz world is severely limited too me, due to the buttons being cut off or too close to the bottom of the screen where it doesn’t register the actual button. Is this just me or has others had this problem. I’ve zoomed my screen out but its not the size of my window or the zoom. Another thing I have noticed is the pet tool bar w/travel feature. Often while in the arcade, if I lower the inventory and map bar (which I have to do to play the games or to browse the games) it will freeze me in the since that I am no long allowed to travel, exit the arcade, feed/change my pet. Which requires me to close the whole window down and re-login. I love playing the games, and I love collecting the pets and the collectors cards. I just wish the technical/systematic errors didn’t happen. PS: If it helps I use Google Crome, I don’t like Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge/Internet Explorer: they don’t like Windows 10 on my computer, if that is the problem behind it I don’t know what I will do. – corky10angel

 

 

Thanks for your question, corky10angel. It sounds like your screen resolution might be on the low side — at higher screen resolutions, you won’t need to hide your dock, because the windows will be much larger. Webkinz World isn’t meant to be run on small screen resolutions — it leads to those kinds of issues you described, where you can no longer see your dock button to bring it back up. You can try changing your screen resolution by right-clicking your desktop and clicking on Display Settings. You can then try picking a larger screen resolution — though what you can pick will be determined somewhat by your monitor. 1024 x 768 is the absolute minimum, but if you don’t want to have to hide your dock, you’ll want something closer to 1280 x 1024.

    Dear Fiona, Today I tried hosting a birthday party for my new Signature Hippopotamus, which I named Fiona in honor of the baby hippo that was born premature at our city’s zoo, and who turned one year old today. When Fiona’s room went into “party mode” most of the decor and interactive items important for a hippo habitat were removed from her room. Why is that? I spent a lot of time putting her room together to make it look like the perfect habitat for a hippopotamus. I was almost glad no one showed up, because I was embarrassed at the way the room looked at party time. Also when no one shows up at your party, are you automatically out of the Kinzcash spent and Party Pack purchased to host the party, with nothing to show for it, not even a gift bag for you? It is sad enough if no one comes to your party, the least that could happen is to put the party box back in you docket so that you could try again another time since nothing happened, ie: no friends came, no games were played, no party gift bags given out etc. I hope you can answer my questions, because I am really rather baffled by this incident.       P.S I tried hosting a second party in my party room and it never even offered the Let’s Party button option of yes or no to put my room into party mode. I had 2 guests that were trying to come. I am even more perplexed by this whole party thing. ♪♫LadyBeauty♪♫

      Hi LadyBeauty. I’m so glad you posted this question. I have been having the same issues. I was so pleased to receive your birthday party invitation, but was unable to get to the party. (no button) I’m really sorry no one else got there either! The party packs haven’t worked in awhile. Hopefully, Fiona will tell us what the plans are to improve them!     Hi Fiona! I was wondering if you guys had any plans to add more challenges (aside from the trophy/deluxe challenges). I’ve finished all of them a while ago and webkinz has gotten a little boring now. They gave me something to do all the time!

    Hi Fiona. I’m so frustrated ! I can’t get into the trading room, where there are pets to trade with ! They use the trading room to talk and visit with there friends. They do trade and for get to leave!! I keep getting into a room with no one there to trade with. There are 59 chat plus parks to meet and talk to your friends ! Do you think something could be done about it ? Thank you for all the good info you give us all. I like reading the other people questions and comments and your answers you give every one.

    Please fix the items we purchase 8 years ago and spent tons of money on to play this game..The Disco floors I have on four accounts…next is the problems with Deluxe and other offers…that can not be purchased due to YOUR issues with the Webkinz Website and Estore. Many of my friends…that have upward SEVERAL accounts…will no longer play…because of these problems..I do NOT want to purchase anything new…not anymore…too much money down the tubes for nothing but problems.

    Hi, Fiona–thanks for taking the time to read and answer our questions! You must be a very busy bird! I am wondering about something, though. I have a three month Deluxe membership, which will be ending soon. I received a one-year gift membership, and I want to redeem that; but how do I end the renewal of the current membership and add the one-year membership? Should I add the gift code first? Or do I need to cancel the current plan first?
