Will we ever get to see some retired pets make a comeback? I’ve been playing Webkinz since 2008 and many of the pets I wanted as a child were retired early on and I never got them. I would love to finally get my hands on my childhood dream pet : the Unicorn! – EverEverOn
Thanks for your question, EverEverOn! Sadly, there will not be new manufacturing runs of old, retired pets, so you won’t be seeing a new batch of plush for them appearing any time soon. However, if you don’t mind just having a virtual version, Ganz eStore cycles through the older pets on a regular basis.

My question is in regard to the Goobers Atomic Adventure arcade game. I have been playing this game several times a day since it came out on Webkinz. I have been stuck on level 6 Atomic Lab. I do have 2 stars, but I have been playing this forever and I still cannot get 3 stars for 80,000. The most I have ever gotten is 78,000. Could you give me some pointers on how to get the 3 stars. I get so aggravated because I have been stuck for a really longgggg time. Thanks Fiona – 1donna
Thanks for your question, 1donna. I know that both Sally Webkinz and Mandy Webkinz were stuck on that level, so I checked in with them. Sally Webkinz is still stuck on two stars for that level, but Mandy got her third star! She said it seemed to be a question of getting a lucky first move. So I guess you’ll just have to keep trying, and good luck!

Hi Fiona! I was wondering if there is a chance that Webkinz could incorporate more ways to earn estore points? I understand why you do not make them very accessible, but my friend and I cannot buy estore points but really want to get themes and clothes that you need estore points to buy. Maybe Webkinz could have special events a couple times a year that lets you earn a few on the website or something? This is just an idea but I hope it may be incorporated someday. Maybe ask for a Visa giftcard for your b-day or Chirstmas? The estore accepts those cards
As the ganzworld arcade appears to be down for good (seeing as there is no longer an icon for it at the top of the page with the rest of the ganzworld sites), is there any chance snowman slopes might be made into a webkinz mobile arcade game?
Fiona, why cannot get into the Ganz World Arcade anymore. I know this happened once before but was fixed but this time it has been going on for awhile. Please respond. I miss playing Spider Solitaire,
what happened to the arcade.???………….that was my “go to” for entertainment when I got tired of the freeze and slowdown of the regular games. (checkers,atomicolicious. bowling, even the pirate ship doesn’t work right………
