Hi, Fiona–I have a question about the GanzWorld Rewards. Since the program is being retired, does that mean this is our last opportunity to acquire these prizes? Or could we see them again as part of a future contest or event? I know some players are trying to save up the 15,000 Moneyz for the Princess Bounce House (which takes a month to save up for). – ImaPepper
Thanks for your question, ImaPepper! I’m sure many of the prizes will be showing up in other places at some point. I wouldn’t expect the Princess Bouncy Castle to show up too often or be easy to win, though!
Hi Fiona, Is there any chance that the Lily Pad Theme will ever be available in the Curio Shop or maybe at least given as prizes for something? I have been so sad for all these years that it never went to the Curio Shop, like the other themes that retired. I never had a chance to try and get more of the items and it was such a pretty and fun theme. – jsforfr
The Lily Pad theme was all the way retired, so it’s not likely that it’ll be back… but you never know! Stranger things have happened, jsforfr, so with any luck, you just might see some of it again.

Dear Fiona, I REALLY would like to be able to edit the sizes or rooms, rearrange them, or just delete them entirely. Ideally all 3. I’m willing to pay twice as much as a room cost in order to delete it. I have so many rooms that I’d like to be size large but there’s nothing I can do about it. Is this something that will be changed in a future update?
It would be nice if the rewards options are added to with old items as well or rotated a few times before the program ends. I have worked a long time to earn all the rewards points I have. I am on the newz everyday and will be very sad to see it go. We have been a webkinz family since year 2 or 3. Why not have a hug rewards prize blow out before you just shut it down and give have a day/long week/ weekend where you have all the prizes available
I hope WW puts the GanzWorld Rewards prizes/items somewhere so we can still buy them. I LOVE the Silver Side Table!
Dear Fiona, with all the animals in webkinz that are “grazers”, it would be wonderful to have something that could be fed to ALL of them, sold in the ingredients section. I’d like to suggest alfalfa pellets and hay cubes. These are foods used in the real world for many of the animals that we have, especially horses, donkeys, giraffe, cows, sheep, goats, pigs,deer, antelope, unicorn, pegasus, elephant, mammoth, rhino, rabbits and probably many more, especially as an enrichment food. I always feel guilty that my pets aren’t getting their “forage” :). Hoping the design team will consider this.;D
Hi, Fiona. I was wondering if the employment office function of leveling a player down could be removed. I will get to the highest level available, and more a time consistently complete the job at that level, however, when I mess up and unable to complete the level (some times 2 times, but not always in a row) it moves me down. I like the challenging levels better, but I breaks my heart when it moves me down a level, because I feel like moving up was a fluke. Could their be an option on if you achieve the highest level can you decide on whether you want to continue at that level or move down one? That would be awesome, because some of these jobs are difficult to do so completing them at the highest level is very accomplishing. I also wanted to know if for room themes can be made for kinzcash and no e-coins.
Hi Fiona, I was wondering if the webkinz frosty fawn will ever be available as a plush again. When it was first released, I was going to get it, but they sold out before I had the chance. I’m still hoping to get it if it’s ever back in stock as a plush.

Hi, EJUCO1964! :D Some people are having problem with parties because of glitching and stuff. But if you’re invited to a party, you should go to your room, and wait at least 10 or 5 minuets earlier before the party starts. Once the party countdown thing starts a small party thing will be at the side on the top of the screen. Like left by the challenges. Er, I’M REALLY MESSED UP WITH MY LEFTS AND RIGHTS!!!! XP It’ll have a countdown about 3-5 minuets, and after the time is over, it should say ‘Not Going’ on th eleft side of the party thing, and ‘Let’s Go!’ on the right side. Sometimes it will not show up. You can always try to log out and then log back in on Webkinz. It hasn’t showed up for me several of times. Room parties are always complicated to go to. I hope I helped you! Oh, and before the new party invitations were made, they have 2 buttons on the letter. One said ‘Decline’ and the other one said ‘Accept’. I’m not sure if my information helped you, but I hope it did! Have a nice day!!!
