Hi Fiona! After a few years of stepping away from Webkinz, I’ve come back to continue adding to my Webkinz World family, and also my plush collection! Problem is, I can’t seem to find any stores around me that still sell Webkinz. Many of the stores I used to buy them at have either closed or stopped carrying them. Bummer! Aside from online shopping, is there any place I can go that might carry Webkinz plush pets? ~ EverEverOn
Welcome back, EverEverOn! Your best bet is still your local Hallmark (you may even want to let them know that you’re looking for Webkinz pets). Some people find them in Five Below, and you may even find a stash in your local dollar store. As for online shopping, you can also find the newest plush available at Ganz eStore, and occasionally other plush pets are available, as well. Good luck!
Dear Fiona, is there any other way to get the deluxe pink Pouffy coat in the kinzstyle outlet? I thought about trading for it but I can’t say Pouffy so I’m not sure how to tell people that’s what I’m looking for. I can’t buy it because I’m not deluxe. Any other way to get it? Any ideas how to tell people that’s what I’m looking for?? - Karahjoy6
The Trading Room can be tricky, can’t it! You might have some luck asking for the “New Pink Deluxe Coat” — otherwise, you can also leave a request in our Trading Forum. Hope that helps!
Dear Fiona, I LOVE seeds! Gardening is such a fun part of Webkinz. Will there be any new pets with seeds as their PSI? It has been a long time since one was released with that type of PSI. Also, will there be any new events or challenges where we can earn specialty seeds like there were in the past? - luv2tzus
I love seeds, too, luv2tzus! I’ve passed the request on, so with any luck we’ll see some new seeds popping up. I don’t know about you, but I’m hoping that the Apple Tree seeds will make another appearance this fall!

Hi Fiona Feathers; I have more of a request. Back in 2008 Ganz released a pastel trio of Senor Jellybean plush for Easter. They were so adorable in blue, pink and purple. They were a lil kinz Chuihuahua TYPE of plush at 7.5 inches tall. They never were released as a Webkinz, but they were perfectly suited to the Trio of Lil Kinz that Ganz estore releases every spring for Spring Celebration. I would dearly love this trio for my very own. I was never able to find the plush other than the Webkinz Chihuahua in my hometown stores and I wish that I had ventured to purchase them online. These were the cutest plushies I ever saw! Can I get you to put the ‘bug in Ganz’ ear’ to make this virtual trio for next Spring?

We love seeds and I hope for apple seeds, as we missed out on that, and we would love some more magical seeds for our faerie garden!!

I completely agree with you. I have printed the guide off, but it is far from clear. I began to think I wouldn’t bother with it. Given a lot of kids are doing exams this time of year you would think they’d have made it less time consuming.

You met me in the Kinzchat Plus Trading Room a week ago (I was Mazie the Spring Shepherd) and we sent each other gifts (you sent me the Pageant Princess Superbed an in pretty sure I sent you a Love Pond) because the item I was going to trade you for disappeared from my dock. Hi Fiona, I know you answered part of this question a few years back (literally 2 years ago) but I am left wondering. When will we see new Family Score prizes? It has been several years since Webkinz X was launched and I am now approaching 1&1/2 million points. I know I am not the only one for I see many in the Trading Rooms that have even over 2 million points. With another new Room Theme in the works and so many new e-store themes, you would figure the Ganz Team would carve out a little time to create more Family Score prizes. Just wondering. Hi trexitjt2013, I actually had an idea about this, because some people have reached the 1 million mark and posted similar thoughts as you have. In the past, Sally Webkinz had said not too many players have reached 1 million, so they are waiting a bit to release new prizes. So I had been thinking–perhaps Ganz should reset FS for players who have 1 million, to go back to the beginning, collect the prizes again, until the Creative Team releases new prizes. Just a thought. I have a pumpkin patch and the large pumpkin clost 2 are sitting as pumpkinz in my patch. They just fit in. But yes there were Carved Pumpkin seeds in the past BEFOR I came on . I did a web search and saw them. they would be so AWESOME !!
Hi Fiona, I sent in an email to support this morning about my points having gone missing from my eStore account, unfortunately I haven’t even received the confirmation email that my support request has been received. I’m really unhappy and want to get this fixed up as soon as possible, but it’s really hard for me to get in contact with support by phone because of my timezone (AEST). How long does it usually take for customer support to respond to emails?
Hi pleaseletmejoin: Anytime I’ve had to contact customer support for E-Store or for Webkinz, I’ve received an e-mail within about 48 hours. Today is Sunday, so I’m guessing everyone is off for weekend. I’ve never had any difficulty with them getting back to me or fixing whatever issue I had. I’m sure you’ll get an e-mail from them in a day or two.
