Since the Shiba Inu won to be July’s POTM, does that mean it will be up for sale in the Estore as a plush? Because I can’t find it anywhere! – peachbeach
Thanks for your question, peachbeach! If Ganz eStore had any Shiba Inu plush available, it would have been up on the website already. There may still be some out in the wild, but Ganz eStore will only be selling a virtual version. Good luck on your search!
Hi Fiona Feathers; I have more of a request. Back in 2008 Ganz released a pastel trio of Senor Jellybean plush for Easter. They were so adorable in blue, pink and purple. They were a lil kinz Chuihuahua TYPE of plush at 7.5 inches tall. They never were released as a Webkinz, but they were perfectly suited to the Trio of Lil Kinz that Ganz estore releases every spring for Spring Celebration. I would dearly love this trio for my very own. I was never able to find the plush other than the Webkinz Chihuahua in my hometown stores and I wish that I had ventured to purchase them online. These were the cutest plushies I ever saw! Can I get you to put the ‘bug in Ganz’ ear’ to make this virtual trio for next Spring? – LuckyFinnigan

Hi, behe123! Let me see if I understand the question… are you saying that your friend bought a virtual pet and didn’t get a gift box? If that’s the case, tell your friend that the gift box will be awarded to the dock as soon as the pet’s first request is fulfilled. Hope that helps!

ACTIVITIES of the WW are not working! When you go there you got message “Failed to retrieve data for view descriptor’s matching [4311] id’s/tag’s”. Tried with different browsers with same message and same results: when clicked OK button kicked me out. You have to fix it and backing goods are not flying. Catched flying W and two blur birds, but no flying baking stuff.

Hi Fiona, I was wonder if Webkinz could create a graduation themed outfit [for all types of members] Like a cap with a tassle (maybe have it where you can but the caps with different color tassles), a graduation grown. Maybe even make a diploma plak for the wall, or a rolled up diploma for the webkinz could carry. Also a club-house room where the webkinz could go to and have it where a webkinz team member will send a diploma to your dock when clicked on, with the room them being an auditorium type with seats, stage, and possibly music. So the webkinz pets can mimic walking a graduation stage. Having something like this added to the Kinzville Acadamey would be great, but it would be a year or more until a person reaches it, so adding it to the room themes and clothing themes would allow people to graduate “like through out education : K-12″ with the ability to have their own graduation. I don’t really think i am explaining this all correctly, but oh well. I thought it would be neat since their are some acadamy robes that a pet can get [not buy] for specific feats or codes. Thank you!

Hey, Fiona! I’m just wondering if Ganz will release more animals that we don’t already have. I’ve been waiting so long for a Pomeranian, Pekingese, Australian Shepherd, Australian Cattle Dog, Chinese Crested, and so much more! I’m a HUGE dog lover, and I know that others don’t want more dogs, but some of these reeds have been requested over and over. Please take them into consideration! Thanks! ~EmilyCuteHeart
They actually have the Pomeranian and Australian Shepherd both as Signature webkinz.

I wanted to say he bought a plush pet and he got the plush pet, the virtual pet and the gift box and have not 10 000 Deluxe Points. He has the account from 2012 and he adopted his pet 21 days ago. He has come many times to Webkinz after that.
Hmm… If you’re trying to say that he didn’t receive the 10,000 e-store points, that would probably be because they should be on his e-store account rather than his Webkinz account. If you’re trying to ask what he can do with the e-store points, he can use them to buy virtual items at the e-store, or transfer them from his e-store account to his Webkinz account. To see if he has the points at the e-store, tell him to login to the Ganz E-store and at the top right corner it should say his point balance. I hope this helps! -g2u3c4c5i ;)

They are having marvellous contests for the Silk Sparrow on their Ganz EStore Facebook site. Enter those, you might be lucky enough to win this one. I think this one was always meant to be one of those really rare pets that can only ever be won.
I had a question come up just today and i hope someone can answer it. I have started two new accounts recently. In January of this year my new account came with a 1 month Deluxe membership and 2000 estore points. That was in addition to the furnished medium room for the free pet. Last month i started a new account which also came with a furnished medium room for the free pet. But, i have just noticed that i did not get the 1 month Deluxe or the 2000 estore points :-( Did i miss something because of a glitch, or have those benefits for a new acct stopped? It did not stay a Free Acct. I always add a pet or two right away. Thanks for an answer.
Hi gml1939 – I started a new account in February. I got the furnished medium room and 2000 Estore points, although the Epoints were awarded a couple days later, and right away added a pet to make it a regular account. I only got a 3 day deluxe preview – maybe its random? I hope someone has an answer to your question.
All accounts what i made since free animals are given came with 3 Deluxe Days and 2000 Deluxe Points, and i have 5 friends with new accounts.

I remember now in January I wanted to continue the Deluxe Challenge I believe so I bought the 1 month Deluxe myself. And, yes, I must have gotten the 3 days with the newest one also. And, I do remember I spent the 2000 estore points on some wallpaper. I guess I need more memory installed :-( Thanks again!

Hey Fiona! I was wondering- with May being all about birdwatching, what kind of bird are you? I don’t think there are any pets like you in Webkinz… I was thinking you might be a pigeon because there used to be carrier pigeons that delivered messages- which is kind of your thing! If so, I’d love to see a pigeon pet in Webkinz! :D

I have always wondered this, myself. Are you, indeed, a Homing pigeon? A carrier has that stuff on its beak and has a characteristic long neck. You look more like a deeply hued Racing Homer or a Birmingham Roller.
