Where can you find your pet medallions after you earn them? – 19952005
Thanks for your question! When you earn a Medallion, just click on the My Pets button to bring up the My Pets screen. You’ll see that a Medallion tab has been added here. Click on that to see all the Medallion pets and how many of each pet’s Medallions you’ve collected.
Hi Fiona I have been playing webkinz since late 2006 and I was wondering if they are ever going to change some of the prizes in The Prize Klaw Machine. I do not remember if it has ever been done, and I already have every thing from the game and then some. Respectfully yours Twistersmom.

Hi Fiona! I was wondering if Webkinz got rid of the Soccer Challenge? It used to be in the daily activities a year ago and I was just getting good at it before it stopped showing up so I’d love to see it return! I believe the last time I saw it was in September 2017. – bluenightkitty
Thanks for your question, bluenightkitty. Unfortunately, the Soccer Challenge hasn’t been working well for a long time, so it was taken down in the meantime. With any luck, it’ll be back up and running in the future.

Hi Fiona, I was wondering if we could get items that hold more storage? I would love to see storage places have a small dock in it to hold about 25 items. I have been playing Webkinz for many years and have many things to put in storage. I have just too many rooms for storage and would like to see the storage containers hold way more than they do! I would like to have more room to make new rooms using the new themes that have come out, but my house is so big now that it is almost impossible to find the room I am looking for. Also, I would love to be able to get rid of some of my rooms as the younger kids added many extra tiny rooms and they are just not working. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Tashathecat
Some food items that were in the wShop before Webkinz X was released were used in a lot of food recipes, but now you can’t find them. I think the items were brownies (now it’s just the ones that are on the tray, and they don’t work with the mega stove recipe in it) and pickles (now there’s only one, and it also doesn’t work with a recipe, I forgot which one).
Is there ever going to be a doctor again? Since DOCTOR Quack is mayor shouldn’t he take action into hiring a new doc for the clinic? I miss that a lot. Also, why is Ms. Birdy’s hair black? Thanks, GiantTurtle

I agree. There needs to be a new doctor, especially since the special smoothies made with Dr. Quack’s Miracle Tonic no longer work. My pets’ food levels were down to zero, and they couldn’t eat any of the smoothies.
Fiona, many of the old items still don’t work after the changeover some time back; for example the garage band wall paper which is supposed to be animated and it does nothing; snowy city wallpaper used to snow and doesn’t now. Will these items ever be fixed? I also miss the rain showers and snow showers that used to happen. will they ever come back?

I have 2 questions, 1-is there any possible way that we could buy the items that Wacky wears when we reach our target in Wackyer Zingo, I love the top hat 2-can there be food to buy at Sheldon’s hut, I have purchased all the items already, so each time I go in I can’t help Sheldon, but if there was drinks or food, then I could buy it each day? Hello Fiona, is there any way to turn off pet requests aside from putting the pet to sleep? A few times my pets have requested to do something I’m not a fan of (like the employment office) and I would like to turn them off
I would love to be able to choose between wanting the pet requests or not. My main account has the most pets and I do fulfill their requests and bathe, feed & exercise for family score points as I’m trying to earn the excavation under glass prize. However, I also have a couple small accounts that I really don’t care about family score points and the pet requests get just plain annoying.
I was the same way with my 3 accounts I was always doing what they asked. Now I just choose every pet and fill up their hearts by jumping on trampoline, swimming in pool and treadmill then back to bed…then i can play Webkinz for hours without being interupted. tnt3636
It bugs me when my pet asks to go to the Employment office and I have already done it or been asked to do it. I go and do the extra job and then another pet will still ask to do a job at the employement office and their is nothing I can do.
Same thing with KVA – a pet will ask to a specific class when it’s already completed all the levels.

Just wanted to say thanks again for fixing that issue with the app and opening mail! I was just talking to someone in the clubhouse about the items in the prize claw. So glad someone asked that question! I can’t wait to see what the prizes will be!
