Dear Fiona, I was wondering if webkinz was ever going to switch up the games that you can earn medallions. While Atlantis and the other games are fun they become quite tiring after playing them a lot and I would really enjoy earning medallions from games like tile towers! – leah7bear
Hi, leah7bear! Right now, the only games that can award Medallions are the newer ones, and ones that have been recently upgraded. That makes it a little tricky for the rest of them. But there are still more new games coming, so there will be more ways to earn Medallions coming soon!

I would like to inquire: If you have a moment; would you please suggest to the “Powers That Be” to have a WKN mosaic gem tile 0NLY Peek A Newz in February, 1019. Hi Fiona, after spinning the Wheel of the Month today, I was wondering if the hat could be changed. It’s a sun hat, which is nice for my girl pets, but my boy pets would rather have a ball cap, or any other style hat. Thanks. – GinnyRainbow

I have a question, to Fiona or anyone who knows, we just bought the piano keyboard at the Mall, and it says it plays music in the description and that’s why I chose it, but when we put it in our room, nothing. Is this broken or just me, am I doing something wrong? Very disappointed.
Are we every going to get the option to move rooms in our houses around? Also, is there ever going to be an option to remove the door from the room or move its location? It has always been a pain to decorate around the door and now with all the specialty wallpapers like the room with a view ones you can’t have a random door in there. I would buy so many more special wallpapers if I had more rooms without doors on the walls for them. Please think about this.
I agree emilyove. The wallpapers are so pretty and the doors just get in the way. I do not even use my doors, I just bring up the map and double click on the room I want to move to.
Dear Fiona, I am desperate for answers. Will we ever be able to rename our webkinz? Some people have made mistakes! I think this is a feature that everyone would love and it would be really useful. Is this something that might ever happen? I would be very grateful if you could pass along the suggestion.
I would love this to be possible. This along with being able to move doors around and delete rooms would also be very useful.
Yes, hopefully Webkinz will add this feature soon. I’d like to delete rooms or even move where rooms are located in my Webkinz mansion.

I have a Sunshine Hamster named Kix. It’s been a long time since I adopted him, but I don’t remember having any trouble naming him. If you can’t name them now, that sucks. Dear Team, not a good thing. Fix back, please.

Hi MagicOrin. I love the hamsters because they walk upright and show off their outfits so well. I have seven of them and was able to name each one whatever I wanted. My Sweety Hamster is named Jenny and my Hope Hamster is named Peacenik. “Hope Hamster”, “Sweetie Hamster” and “Spooky Hamster” are the Species of animal and you provide the name, just like Pebble Giraffe is the Species and you could name it whatever. Hope this helps!
Yes, I need this added!!! Many of my pets were named when I was younger, and they have recently been changed. I would love to have an in game feature to change pet names at least once.
Haha I was really little, like 6 when we first got webkinz, some of mine have the most silly names, I would certainly change some, given the option.
Yes!!! I named my first Webkinz years ago, and now it drives me crazy that his name isn’t capitalized!!!

I have Pet Medalions for every pet, exception Mystical Panda, but that is the pet what I want to buy using pet medalions. No floaty-clicky Mystical Panda Pet Medalion, no Mystical Panda Pet Medalion in Deluxe Box, no Mystical Panda Pet Medalion earned playing games. A Pet Medalions Traiding Room would be a good idea.
That would be cool or a market where players can sell items they don’t want to other players

I can do ALL the DAILY activities and no medallion floats . THEY need to gloat sooner THAN THEY ARE !!
Yes, they are floating very slowly. It usually takes about 15 to 20 minutes for me to find one, but sometimes even 30 minutes.
And there are times where I’m only in Webkinz for about 15 minutes to collect acorns and do activities.
I noticed a couple of days ago, they are not floating by as quickly as they used to. It was great they way it was.
Is too hard to do 10 medalions for one pet.
You can trade furniture, food, decorations or clothes (no medalions) in clubhouse for other things what you want.
behe123, I feel your pain. I have 16 accounts and 1 medallion for the Diamond Dragonfly total. And it’s not even on my dragon account, where I desperately neeeed this pet. The Rainbow Googles and the Mystical panda are two more I have basically zero for and really want those pets. Medallions are still scarcer than proverbial hen’s teeth.
Are the prizes on the wheel on vacation mountain going to be changed soon?
Vacation Island has not worked in OVER a year. PLEASE Halloween is coming I need TORCHES for spooky rooms and Habiscus flowers for Christmas rooms because they look like poinsettia.

Fiona, Could you find out why we no longer get a floating medallion each day. I was counting on those to perhaps one day get another pet.
I have been getting one everyday so far, no issues with it.
It takes awhile before the pet medallion floats by. For me it’s between 15 to 20 minutes. Sometimes it’s 30 minutes depending on if I’m doing daily activities or arcade games where it doesn’t float during.
So, you will get a floating pet medallion each day if you wait awhile. Also, it’s important to remember that floaty-clickies don’t come when you are playing games in the arcade or doing other activities.
We are still getting the daily floating medallion, but I noticed that they are not showing up as fast as they use to. It is taking way too long.
