Dear Fiona, I bought my Webkinz from Dollarama about 3-4 years ago. However, now they aren’t considered “real” pets. Is there anything you can do to help me fix this problem? -Brie618
Hi, Brie618! Any pet that’s labeled as a Webkinz and has a Webkinz tag is a real pet. If, however, the pet came without a tag, or the tag was tampered with and used, you may run into some issues. Your best bet is to get in touch with webkinzsupport@ganz.com to verify your codes were unused.

Happy to pass the suggestion on, rksovis443! Keep your eyes open for the regular Shopping SPREE events — random old clothing is given away during these, and sometimes they’re the Deluxe ones, too.
Dear Fiona, I was wondering if there are plans to make new arcade games to buy from the mall in Spree. I’ve bought all the current ones and made an awesome arcade/game room! I would love if they made one for Zingoz Zangoz or Hatch the Dragon. I was Deluxe for 3-4 months and played that game many times each day, but was never able to hatch a dragon :( I know it’d take a while to save up mall credits, but it’s just too expensive to pay for Deluxe membership every month. Dear Fiona, will be every posible to get eStore Points without real money ?
Only if you open another account and if somebody gifts it to your or if Webkinz does an eStore points giveaway like they did a few years ago. My mom was one of the lucky people who got G’s without purchasing them.
I have a question? When you have special rooms there are people out there that seem to enjoy blocking your way to the character you are supposed to click on. I have gone in and out of the goblin village up to 6 times before getting my gift. I have even had to log out and go back in. Isn’t there any way to stop this behavior. It is very irritating!
it’s not so much people willingly blocking the way but a combination of wildly fluctating internet connections and the way the server handles the input, when you click on the npc you choose a specific path. Given how sometimes it hasn’t loaded the room yet in some cases for me (not my internet, more rather the coding) likely the sending of these paths hecks up causing them to look like they’re inside the npc. Pure speculation here, but it’s likely not done out of malicious intent
I think what occurs is that there are many people trying to obtain their items as quickly as they can and go back to their homes. They don’t move away from the collection point before they ‘move on’ to the next room. It leaves a delayed trace and even if they log out the pet seems to remain fixed in that position. I know this because I literally blocked myself from obtaining an item when I arrived from one account, received the item and then immediately logged out, opened up the next account went to the room and .. my previous pet … was still there looking like ?? They left without me? It was definitely mine. No way two exact same clothed pets with the exact same name could’ve been there simultaneously. @_@ or maybe Webkinz has solved Time Travel!
To anyone who reads this message, please keep this in mind and move away from the goblins (or other characters giving gifts) before leaving the room as a courtesy so that others are not blocked. Thank you!

I haven’t had any trouble buying things. Did you try clearing your cache, closing your browser, then trying again?
You may have to log out and log back in. That seems to work for me.

If you want to watch TV, go and compete in the stadium, during the time that you are in the ‘green room’ waiting for competition you can watch episodes on their television. I think this only works for scheduled events, though.
Hi to everyone in Webkinz World (from Canada). I was just wondering why Webkinz and Signature plush became unavailable in physical stores? Quite a few different pets would come out every month. This was quite a few years ago of course. I do like the online pets too , but I really would prefer to buy a plush animal to coincide with its online self. Yes, RollingInStuffies, I agree! I used to be able to walk into my local A.C. Moore (a craft store), or Five and Below, and have my choice from shelves and shelves (or bins and bins) of plushies. I still order plush from estore and Amazon, but it’s not the same as hand-selecting a plush for it’s unique appearance. I miss those days! For Christmas, I have asked my family for one thing – a new, bigger shelf to display my growing plush collection. They say that I have a problem, and are ready to stage an intervention. LOL XD I tell them that it could be sooooo much worse, and they agree. I hope that I get that shelf!
Beckinz8 I hope you do too. As my name suggests I’m literally surrounded by many containers of plushies or what I call stuffies. I do have an old birdcage hanging from my ceiling which has my collection of lil’ kinz birds in it and an old fish tank which of course has my, you guessed it, some of my kinz fish in it. I had to get creative. I don’t have shelves yet, but hopefully that will come within the next year. That will take some space LOL! Maybe a hammock in a corner somewhere out of the way for some monkeys or apes or something like that, hmm. My room will start looking like a zoo. :)
Whoa! Birdcages and fishtanks!?! That is absolutely brilliant! I will have to try that! The biggest part of my collection is currently horses, so now you’ve got me thinking about some kind of makeshift stable. Thank you for helping me to think outside the box…er…shelf!
Brie618, I have purchased many Webkinz pets from the Dollarama (including the Rockerz Fox) and all of the codes were valid. I think Fiona may be correct, here. It is very possible that someone copied the code and used it. Which is really sad because they would’ve gotten the pet so inexpensively, had they bought it and it’s so much more fun to play when you know the pet is your own. Acsets I was really shocked when I read this, so I bought the Dogbeard Arcade game to put in my room with my non-Deluxe account and WOW!! Now that account can play a Deluxe game any time it goes to my in house arcade! Thanks for the tip!

My strategy is just to make purchases right away–as soon as I have enough for the item. I just browse the store, pick my next target item, and get it whenever I have enough. Then I pick a new item. This way, the maximum number of moneyz are used and I have time to make any and all purchases I may want. And I do mean MAY want. Sometimes, I just look at the items and think, “Hmm. I may want another one of those someday. Better surplus than sorry.” Then again, this is also how I wound up with about a hundred creek tiles from the Freaky Forest theme, so… :D
We have at least one of everything that’s available now. Just buying one at a time. I sure do with they would offer some variety. Just because it’s ending, there is more reason to add variety than less :(

A week that changes estore points to kizcash so those who don’t have much money can collect cool items! I think what you mean is to change the currency from eStore points to kinzcash. I think it would be better if they had a customer appreciation week where we could pick up eStore points like they did when they introduced Webkinz X and the new system. They are launching a new app for the desktop (soon, I hope, they promised for later this year and this is already late in the year)
