wow so many questions/comments…here’s another–I FINALLY snagged a clothing machine for my room from the estore clothing bags. problem: none of the clothes I purchased to try it out can go into it?? any possible heads-up on clothes that will work, or is there a problem with the in-room machine? Thanks for your question, kaye10! Only “ingredient” clothing can be used in the Clothing Machine. Most of the permament set of KinzStyle Outlet clothing can be used and a select few other clothing items, as well. The seasonal items haven’t been used in any recipes yet, so generally aren’t included.
Hey Fiona! Do you know if Sophie will introduce a “Sophie’s Rewards” in the W-Shop? It doesn’t have to reward the same items as in the eStore. For example, after buying 10,000 KC worth of goods members could be awarded an exclusive or rare item. – Strawberryred

Hi Fiona. Do you know when the awesome Fan Designed Jumbleberry Fields prize, the Hayloft, will be released? It’s going on 9 months since they announced the winner last July. All of my preserve jars are filled, ready and waiting for months. Is Ganz ever actually going to create this item? – 1Emerald1

Hey Fiona, I’ve got a question. Ganz has had 2 Webkinz pets released for free. (The Hopping Bunny and the Decade Dragon) The first one was a promotion for the movie HOP and the second one was to celebrate Webkinz’s 10 anniversary. Last year in 2018 they released the medallions to help players adopt pets for free and in order to adopt them, you’d need 50 and more medallions. Then, they had the Snowy Retriever Puppy medallion event in December. Most of us got the pup and still have leftover medallions from the event while others don’t have quite enough to get it. I was thinking, could there possible be a way to send medallions to other players? I’m collecting more medallions for the Kiwi Bird on my main account than on my other account where I want to adopt it. Plus I have lots of extra Snowy Puppy Retriever medallions from December that I’d like to send to other players who didn’t quite reach the amount of needed medallions. I second this! I have extra puppy medallions that my sister could really use, and I would love to get more kiwi bird ones. I realized at a certain point I wouldn’t get 100 and gave up, I forgot it was 50.

I got the puppy, and things always float on my regular account and not on my other account where I wanted to adopt another puppy and I just want to adopt the Kiwi Bird there. I got the 25 for Christmas, too and I’ll probably get the ones for Webkinz day, too. Currently on my main account I haaaave… 43. I saw someone in the Trading Room last night and they had their Kiwi Bird.. already! And on my other account(09xStarlightx09) 16. :P (I didn’t realize I made a typo above. “Pny”, lol)
I just got an email saying that my webkinz deluxe membership was terminated. I am rather frustrated because I was charged on April 1st for my deluxe membership renewal, and I did not cancel my deluxe membership. There isn’t even a record of cancelation on my ganz estore account. I don’t understand why/how this happened. I have contacted customer service, but I really don’t understand why this is an issue in the first place.

I cannot log in at Webkinz World. Tried 4 times.
What happens? Does it reject your credentials? Do you get a green screen? Does it do nothing? If you haven’t cleared your cache recently, you might want to give that a go. Also make sure your Flash is up to date and enabled. Worst case, try a different browser.
It stays blue screen and the Magic W shows up ((W)) like it’s loading but it stays there, never advancing on.
Have you tried a different browser? Been seeing a few reports of people having issues logging in, but switching to something else like Firefox or Edge seems to help.
I reinstalled flash player and that has done the trick. Thanks Sally, you’re the best!
This has been happening to me as well. I’ve updated flash on my normal browser, but it hasn’t seemed to help. I can get on on Firefox, but it cuts off the screen making a lot of tasks impossible. I wonder what’s up
Hello, Fiona! I know this has been asked a lot, but since we can delete accounts now, I’ve been wondering something. When I was little I named most of my pets random things with no capitalization or in ALL caps, almost all of them are horribly misspelled as well. When I was little I did not understand how special PSI were, so I sold them all. I really miss those psi, and I would love to readopt those pets (over 100) on my main account with good names, but sadly this can’t be done. Do you ever think Webkinz World will let you readopt your (non-virtual) pets if you close your account? Or can I talk to someone at Ganz about this? I don’t see how it would do any financial harm to Ganz, and I know I’m not the only person who feels this way.
While I only have one account, I have sold a lot of my PSI, misspelled many names, and even used the same names multiple times when I was younger. I too wish there were ways to fix these things, because I don’t want to have different pets with the same name, and I would like to have my PSI back. :(

I too have several duplicate names. I named so many pets “Lily” when I was little.. and one in particular really bugs me, in all caps AND mispelled: “RAECHEAL”…:/ A favorite pet of mine, actually, so it’s a shame I can’t stand the name.

I’d LOVE to rename COOL, popstar, watersplash, KERA, barbie, Twilightsparkle, polly, Hey Ocean(It’s an okay name because it’s after a band I like, but I already have a pet with the lead singer’s name…), The Letter Black(I would’ve named her Sarah Anthony(the lead singer), but I didn’t want people to get confused with that AND the other Sarah Anthony, so I decided to to put The Letter Black in it.(It’s my favorite band! (The first one on my top 20 list. XD)) I guess it’s a good name! I love the color black and rock music!), Strawberry, Partick(It just sticks to him as a nickname now. ROFL), Diana Prints(Prints is just a bit weird. I really meant Prince but somehow a friend convinced me(I convinced myself to do it, so it’s not his fault) about that being a pun), and a LOT more!!! But I’m happy with them because they’re my pets. =)
Hey, don’t feel too bad over a punny Webkinz name; sometimes they’re kind of cute. (I got that Rockerz Puppy with the Justin-Bieber-style haircut and named it Justin Retriever. :P )
Heh, I DO like punny Webkinz names! I have a Spotted Frog named Steve Froggers instead of Steve Rogers. (He’s Captain America from Marvel. I love Marvel, if you couldn’t tell) Yeah, they are. But Diana Prints is like I heard “Prince” wrong. XD My older brother said it didn’t even make any sense. XD Hahaha, you did? XD Justin Retriever… Good one! XD Most people do “Justin Beaver”. (I’m sensing you’re a JB fan, right? I could make a TAILor Swift pun. XD Or a Kitty Purry one..)

XD She and @TaffyKitty12 have a bunch of punny names for their Webkinz that has to do with Marvel, Harry Potter, etc. ROFL Kitty Purry — I got that from Netterkinz’. XD I love Avengers, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Avengers Infinity War, and the new Captail Marvel Movie the best!! Thor Ragnarok was pretty good, too! What about you?

Hi, Fiona! I’ve heard that a Webkinz item called the Master Caring Award was only given out to one person, yet there were plans for it to be given to more people later. Is there a specific way this item was obtained, and was it ever given out more than once?
