Sorry to say, Elfaba83, but when Dr. Quack stepped down as mayor and went back into retirement, he took his Miracle Tonic with him. It may show up again eventually, but for now, the supply has run out.

Thanks for your question, ngeorgianow. Friend requests do not currently expire, so if you’ve sent out your 8 and haven’t heard back, people will have to send you requests in order to become friends. You can try sending a message to webkinzsupport@ganz.com to see if they’re able to clear your queue.
Will you guys EVER fix one of the best fan designed pets, Axolotls? I have been very patient but each update they stay broken and shoes don’t even fit on them right, plus in the room at certain angles their hat disappears and sometimes their pant sleeve aswell. Imagine designing a pet for webkinz and winning only to find out your creation is broken! – chloetyuiop12
My goodness, that is unfortunate. Rest assured, we’ve let our technical wizards know. With any luck, the Axolotl and the case of the missing hat will be resolved with the next maintenance.

Hi, Fiona. I’ve sent ganz support e-mails regarding being stuck on a quest in Adventure Park (due to technical difficulty) and the changing of a pet name (as I inadvertently pasted my pet’s code for her name) over a month ago and no response nor fixing of these issues. I don’t want to be a nuisance and re-send my e-mails as I know they are busy. How long do you recommend before re-sending or should I just be more patient?? Thanks!
Would you ever consider adding a search bar to the W-shop? It’s become full of so many items, it can be a little tricky to find what you’re looking for. Plus it could make designing rooms easier if I could type in something like “blue” and all the blue items would come up, or “coffee table” to pull up all the low tables.

I am unable to find the red-yellow-green-blue-purple path tiles shown with one of the cottages. Want to purchase them at store. If you know please respond to me. Thanks
I still can not find these tiles to make a rainbow path with curved tiles also. Any finding where to get them or what they are called help would be greatly appreciated

How can I contact someone at Webkinz? I’m on the verge of having to stop playing. Everytime the video ad pops up my computer freezes, therefore I can’t change rooms, play games, change pets, etc. I’m constantly having to close webkinz down and log back in and it’s getting so tiring. More and more things are freezing. Webkinz is the only thing I’m having trouble with so I don’t think it’s my computer. I also have to log in twice to get it. Adobe Reader is ‘on’ but Webkinz doesn’t recognize it. Any help?

I’d love to see more plush pets especially the colourful and whimsical ones. Loved the Delightz pups and Soda pups, etc.. Mind you I think I like them all. ;)
Fiona, why aren’t there new unboxing videos anymore? I think those are so fun and I love seeing new plush pets.
