This is like, one of the best prizes ever. It’s SO CUTE and my new favorite item. I wish they’d incorporate more pet movement into items to keep things interesting, or more animations. Helps bring life to rooms.

For the second month in a row, I clicked on it and did not receive my snowman. Last month I did not get the Christmas window. I sent an email last month and was told I was out of luck. Here we go again this month…..
I would keep emailing them and also message them on instagram about it. It sounds so unusual that they would just tell you you’re out of luck ):
It does happen to some accounts, so annoying. Try to either spin the wow first or claim another “freebie” to see if it works.
Something I’ve noticed when I click on “Daily Activities” is that if the icon doesn’t load next to the description, it won’t give you the reward even if you press the arrow. I’ve fixed it by going to another window (usually “home”) and then back and then it works! That might not be the issue for you but thought I would share it anyways!
Reminiscent of the Snowman Festivals we used to have way back. All of the Elementary schools would have a contest to see whose school could build the best snow/ice sculptures. They were judged at the end of the Week of Local business sponsored festivities and win a prize for their school. It was a Great way to get kids out in the winter and enjoy all kinds of winter related activities. Thank you for this cute item!
