I can’t get my desktop application to open. It just freezes at the smaller window and won’t go to the login page. I tried deleting the app and reloading it. Any suggestions? I can’t get my deluxe item if I don’t fix it today.
When in doubt turn your computer off and on again.
The same thing happens to me. This isn’t a foolproof solution, but sometimes when the window pops up and begins to load, I click and hold on the window. It might take a few tries, or it might not work at all, but that’s how I usually fix it. It’s a very pesky problem, I understand!
