I’ve been logged in to WW for over five hours, ads are turned on and cache cleared, and I have not seen the mug ad – Anyone else having problems?

I have also been on line for over 6 hours. My ads are on and also cleaned out my cache. My browser is chrome. This keep happening ever time we can get a free item!!!!!!. I am s deluxe member for 9 years and this has been the worst year since you made the big change!!!!!!! Maybe I should save my time and money on lottery tickets. I would have better luck!!!!!!

There’s no way for you to delete your account, if that’s what you mean, but you can create a new one. Which one you log in to is up to you.
Sally is right Make a new account START WITH A FREE PET and add 1 more with it. Use the account you have now to get things to send to the new account. My son called it feeder accounts but I just have fun that’s all . Don;t wat start SOON to get HOSTS and friends to request help from . THOSE BEGINNER GAMES have to be redone make sure you start gardens for food and to sell. With a free pet you cant accept mail so make sure you add 1 more , DO ACADEMY CLASSES you need levels TO BE ABLE TO PLAY some EMPLOYMENT Jobs . BUT doing THIS is also VERY REWARDING ;) . HAVE FUN !!!
