nothing works: we tried Explorer, Chrome and Firefox with same results. We cleaned history, restarted computer, used Windows 7 and Windows 10 – all the same!

3 days we cannot found something what YOU promised to give us: game. We spent today over 1 hour, we were from 1PM to 1:47PM at carel Cove: won prizes, catched floating W, but none of us could see any floating cars. You are rude and treat us VERY BADLY! I hate when you do that! Some kids got game, we are do not! All tree of us Deluxe members, maybe this game for none members only? Now is Friday and for next 2 days nothing would be done!
My brother, sister and I spent almost 1 hour at WW in Carel Cove today from 1PM to 1:47PM; got cove prizes, caught floating W, but none of us got any floating car! NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the worse of this story that today is Friday and over weekend nobody would fix anything! Why do you give us game we cannot get anything? Why do you do that? I know some people got something, I manage to tread one care in the Clubhouse, but 3 of us got NOTHING!! It is shame that we cannot play this game. I just can’t understand why you hard us and treat so badly?
it is third day as I cannot get any floating car. Spent over 1 hour at WW, was almost hour in the Carel Cove house, won prize, catched floating W, but no floating car. Now it would be another two days without cars because of weekend and nobody would do anything to fix it. What kind of game is it? NOTHING!
I haven’t found any floating cars for the last 3 days also. Never had a problem before with these bonus events.
