Hi, Webkinz! I entered the Viking Princess Dress code yesterday, and my game crashed the second I entered the code. I tried to restart my game and enter the code, but it said “Uh oh! The feature code you entered has already been used…” How can I get my Viking Princess Dress? I really want to complete the set. Thank you!

Can you please since there are always issues with the ads showing on these type of events – release the outfit codes after the ads are done? OR can you please make it in the clothing store?
I love this costume! But the add things never work for me… I turned off the add blocker thing but I still get nothing… I couldn’t even find Dr. Quack in the park… Can someone help me please with this? It’s bothering me now.
I had the same problem, consulted customer support and they didn’t help. I changed browsers and now everything works
What browser are you using, orangewing2020? Sometimes it helps to try a different one. I have the best luck with find the ad promotions on Safari.
