As reported in an earlier post on October 25, v.49 had a known Flash issue causing slowness and visual errors.
Mozilla has now released Firefox v.50 which has resolved these issues. If your version of Firefox has not already updated automatically, here is how to update it manually:
- Click the menu button , click help and select About Firefox.
- The About Firefox window will open and Firefox will begin checking for updates and downloading them automatically.
- When the updates are ready to be installed, click Restart Firefox to Update.
I updated my Firefox browser as you suggested, and now once I log into Webkinz via Firefox it loads very slowly and then crashes. I have cleared my cache and past history, restarted my computer, logged back in … and still it is very very slow in loading and then crashes. So, I won’t be using Firefox as there is more that needs to be fixed. Thanks for listening.
I also use Edge and I am having the same problem. I can not get to the Super Wheel again this month. It just keeps saying wait and flashing. Not sure what to do. Several other things not working either. I can not get the prizes when I fill the jars in the jumbleberry game. Help. Thanks
Please try using Chrome for those activities
My chrome doesn’t let me use it. It says I have to update adobe connect but when I hit the button it says it will automatically update. I sent a message to the support team but it just said to use Firefox which I don’t have.
I’ve been experiencing the slowness and frequent cannot connect at this time messages and all I use is chrome. I have 3 laptops and an ipad air and it is the same on all of these devices. It’s only been very recently but I never had this problem before.
I tried both the new firefox and google chrome and I could only spin the wheel 4 out of my 10 accounts. Too bad, I was looking forward to doing this event since the prizes are so great!
Next time, try hiding your dock before spinning.
I always use chrome and am not having any problems. I am on every day and have no issues.

I’m having problems on internet explorer. Keep getting logged out & getting error message sorry can’t connect to webkinz after I’m already logged in
so um…where is the menu button locate? new at all this stuff…ugh!
Don’t feel embarrassed, we all started somewhere. Top right corner…three bars (or dots) one below the other. Click on the icon to get a pull down menu.
OK a grandma here it worked !! (happy dance) Still a lil slow but so SO MUCH BETTER !!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU !!!!

I have been complaining about these issues for MONTHS! Losing out on Deluxe things, Employment Office Jobs, Spinning Wheels, etc etc. We use EDGE period and this should of been fixed by now. My Deluxe version is just getting ate away.
Unfortunately, we don’t have any control over Flash integration in Firefox.
Be *Thankful* that It wan’t a Major problem that could have taken longer to fix or taken your Deluxe all together. Second of all you can live without a Deluxe membership -_-
