The codes should be appearing in your order history right away. The pool item will be added to the account when you apply the membership
I am beyond disappointed that I can’t even get into my eSore account because of some glitch. The Deluxe memberships are only 50% off today, the 1st? Am I suppose to miss out on this membership price because of a glitch? I use my eStore every single day and it says it hasn’t been used for awhile and needs to be reactivated or start a new account. START A NEW ACCOUNT?! I have too much info I look back on, on my account to just start a new account. I emailed the eStore CS so maybe they will help me.
Sally, thank you for working on New Year’s Day and on a weekend! I have a question I hope you can answer for me. So, I bought the one year deluxe membership today and did not receive codes for the pig pet or the fairy buddy. My current deluxe does not expire until the 3rd. So will the codes appear somewhere after the new one starts? If so, where will they show up? I know the cherry pond just shows up on your account.
Yeah, the codes should show up when the new membership kicks in under the order history of your Ganz eStore account.

FYI- There is a glitch occurring in which the 2021 Deluxe Item, the Hanging Gardens, is being delivered to upgraded accounts instead of the advertised 2022 Cherry Blossom Pond. I hope this disappointing glitch is repaired promptly and the correct items delivered to affected accounts!

Wow, my deluxe is due to start on the 8th – I sure hope I get the pond and not another hanging garden.
I was really looking forward to getting the cherry pond, I had a room ready to go for it, so it was really disappointing. From reading around, I guess it’s not a system-wide glitch, cause some have received theirs, so hopefully you’ll be fine. I haven’t heard back from anyone yet so my issue remains unresolved.

If I bought a deluxe membership from ganz estore, with the destination at a webkinz world acount, when and how will the webkinz world account get it?
If your WW account isn’t already Deluxe, it would be applied immediately. If you are nearing your renewal, it will stack in the background and take effect when your current membership expires. If you are very far from renewal, it will not allow you to apply it.
It keeps saying it is already deluxe, yet it is a free player account…
I purchased a 1 year deluxe membership this afternoon, and my account isn’t already Deluxe, but my membership was not applied immediately. When I reviewed the purchase from my WW account on the app, it would not allow me to upgrade as it said I had already upgraded, but I do not see the membership reflected as of now. When and how will this be resolved, Sally?

I got the membership today, but no piglet, no estore points, no fairy (and I checked tha box that said to put them in that ww account). Plus I got a mail that said that it was renewed for 55$! How to be renewed if I bought it yesterday ft 27$?
Check your credit card transaction. I don’t think the receipt shows the discount. Check your order history for codes. If you haven’t received anything, please email ganzestorecs@ganz.com
I purchased a Deluxe Membership on Black Friday as a code to enter when my current membership expires. Since it ends today, I was planning on entering it now. Will I still be able to receive the Cherry Fairy and the 2022 Super Deluxe Item?
You get the current year’s Super Deluxe item when you redeem the code. The Cherry Fairy is a bonus for purchasing during the eligible period, not redeeming, so you will not receive that.
That’s kind of odd because last year I redeemed a code I bought on Black Friday and was awarded the Hanging Gardens Gown when that promotion was running even though I didn’t purchase it then. That’s why I thought it would be the same this year. This is only my second year of going Deluxe so I’m still learning!

Same here. But it appears the buddies can’t be sent via kinzpost. I have several I would like to get rid of. They (the buddies) are what make it impossible to get to a pet or host and click to receive a gift. Buddies swarming all around, plus the name tags and the conversation bubbles – might as well turn around and leave. I know I sound like the Grinch :-( but I just looked out the window and it’s snowing! Oh No!! Anyhow, Happy New Year to all :-)
Would it be possible to sell the pet buddies for Kinzcash. I really do not like them and just want them out of the dock.
If you don’t like the pet buddies, you can always make it as a code instead of sending the membership directly to your account! That way you can give the code to someone else who might enjoy it
I always get my memberships as a code because I have several accts on Deluxe and put them on as the old acct expires. I did not know I could give the code to someone else!!! I thought that was against all rules in Webkinz!! How would I send the code to a friend?? The conversations are already done and nothing can be typed in. What am I missing?? I really would like to know.
You cannot use the Webkinz game or forums to send codes to your friends. You will have to email them directly. You may not ask for email addresses or share email addresses through Webkinz World or on our forums/blog.
