NOBODY got free e-store points as the article clearly states they are available TOMORROW February 19th! Your first 10 pets get a free room. Your 11th (and more) pets receive different bonuses. (Check the FAQ page- lots of useful info like this.)

Umm……….. 1. I cant go into the ganzestore on WW. I cant go online either. I go in challenges and it says i have 2000 points. 2. The new W-shop, wont load either.. it just keeps reconnecting and the loading bar going halfway then reloads page and goes halfway again. Thats what it did for Estore on WW too… please fix??

Hello Webkinz World (Ganz) Today I went on my account and did not get 2000 ganz estore points like I was promised. I was very sad. However, I think that since I did not get my points I should get at least four times that so it would be 8000 ganz estore points. I hope to get my estore points soon. thank you
I don’t think you should get at least 8000 points just because of a glitch. I get glitches all the time and don’t get anything. Plus that would not be fair to the other players who only got 2000. I’m not trying to be mean, but That would not be fair.
yes. i also get glitches. EVERYONE gets glitches, but that doesn’t mean u can take more money than everyone else
