First, thank you so much for this new format! It’s so much easier to compare and contrast the traits this way. I am surprised by how much I love the tranquil pond body color. I am usually partial to the purples, (the way that Sally Webkinz is partial to the greens), but there is just something about that unique coloration that is calling to me. I saw a midnight gecko in Next and it freaked me out, because I wasn’t expecting to see one so dark. Can geckos only be the colors shown above, or can the other sparking parent have an influence on the color? I totally agree with Sally that watching the geckos skitter around Next is a hoot!
The other pet can influence the color, yes — each pet has its own body color pools, but there’s a 33% chance your baby’s body color will be influenced by the second pet, in which case it’ll take a similar color.

The gecko was easily my favourite out of the new releases! I was so disappointed that the closest store didn’t have it so i drove over half an hour and got it at the second closest store lol
