I was very disappointed that we could not sell summer squash at the market today. That made the difference in my winning or not winning 300 W.

This looks outstanding! Thank you so much for giving non pass buyers something really fun to look forward to. I always try to get the pass on my main account, but that would get pretty expensive for a bunch of them, every season. Of course now this means I have to get to lvl 30 on all of them….oh no! Ganz what have you done? Can’t you make a season I don’t like already, so I can relax for a while? (Just kidding) Lots of fun stuff to look forward to, can’t wait!

I like but… that said I’ve also noted that Webkinz has changed the parameters of how the season challenge is done, at least to my observations. Points are much harder to find and go less farther than then they did before and suddenly I’m having to fork over more gems to get things done because if you don’t you’ll not be able to finish a season. While these things are cute, with today’s economy, I’m not fond of shelling out more money to get these things either.

a huge portion of overall points comes from doing all daily tasks for 50 points each day. there might be enough leeway to miss one or two days, but i doubt any more than that. if you don’t have your own baby webkinz to do the daily task with, add a friend who does and visit their house to interact with their baby. you also almost always have to complete every single weekly task, with JUST enough leeway to allow you to skip all the kid/baby ones. i personally wish they’d give players way more leeway, because even really dedicated players struggle to achieve lvl 30… but my biggest tip is just make sure you always do the daily tasks for 50pts, because it adds up and makes a big difference in getting to lvl 30 or not.

      • 1aa2bb3cc says:

Wow, I did not know you could interact with friends’ babies. I have kept my baby from growing so I could interact with her for several seasons, but that is good only for my main game. Thanks for the tip–the extra 10 points a day ads up to 350 points, a big difference.

You misunderstand me. I go and do everything that there is to do in Next and yes, at one point I did have (now grown) baby. My point is Webkinz has changed the parameter, the guidelines. We’re doing all the same things, getting the same points but the points we are accruing aren’t going as far as they did before. We’re doing the same and getting less so to speak in that the points that we accrue in doing things, is not translating to the same amount of points being applied to the season challenges. I’ve not changed anything that I do, am getting the same amount of points and YET the points are not going as far. That was my point.

        • Sally Webkinz says:

The number of points required has not changed, but some seasons feature bonus dailies.

          • Davids1lilpixie says:

Then please, Ms Sally, explain to me, how it is, 3 or months ago, when I earned 10 points for doing something that pleased my Next pet, the whole 10 points seemed to be applied toward the Season Challenge and yet, as of last moth, to my perception, when I now earn the same 10 points, only 2 or 3 of that points is applied to the challenge? I ask this will all due respect because from where I sit, this is what appears to be happening and I suddenly have found that where I didn’t have to shell all that much money out for gems, and faithfully doing Next stuff every single day, I’m suddenly having to pay out more? :(

          • Sally Webkinz says:

Are you saying that your season points total is incrementing by 2 or 3 instead of 10? If points aren’t applying, you should contact webkinzsupport@ganz.com. The total points per Season has been 3000 since the beginning. The distance between prizes was adjusted a long time ago so it was easier to earn the earlier prizes compared to later ones, but it hasn’t been changed in almost a year now and the total to finish the season has not changed since the beginning.

I love this pretty and fun theme!

I’ve seen several people plead for another/new way to pay for season passes, and I am here to beg too. Please add a new way. Codes work in Next, can we at least have a way to buy Season Pass codes in the estore, then enter them on Next? Seriously, begging here. On my knees. (and that hurts, a lot, as my knees do not work so great anymore. So I might be stuck here.) Buying Xbox cards is a huge pain, and microsoft taxes and fees jack the Pass price up several dollars each time. I’m kinda into the season thing. I never intended to be, but once more, ganz, you have lured me into your mesmerizing web of shiny pretty things, but the fees are killing me. Please allow another way to get season passes.

    • KarenaJ says:

I too wish we could buy things for Next on our eStore accounts. It would count towards rewards as well, which purchases on other sites do not.

    • LilRubyKinz says:

Hi! I’m not sure how helpful this will be to you, but you don’t have an Apple device do you? Even an iPhone or iPad to download the app? I don’t know about Microsoft, but on my Apple devices I just purchase it by entering my payment info and that’s it. No extra fees aside from tax. So if you have anything Apple, I’d suggest you try and download the app to purchase it on there, then you can go back to playing on your regular device.

Not a fan of these rewards. Hopefully there will at least be some diamonds for a prize.
