Glitch in the Adoption Center

Ms. Birdy here, readers.  Some of you who have adopted pets recently may have noticed that when you received your letter in the KinzPost congratulating you on your adoption, your boy was marked down as a girl or vice versa!

Thanks to all of you who reported this issue to us!

I’m afraid that with all the renovations in the Adoption Center, there has been a malfunction in my computer system. But rest assured – if you adopted a girl or a boy, their information is correct. It is ONLY on the KinzPost letter that the wrong information has been listed.

I have put in a call to Nuts and Bolts and although they are swamped they have made an appointment to come and fix my computer on June 5.

I do apologize to those of you who have received the wrong message. And I’m sorry that some of you may still receive a letter with the wrong information between now and then, but please be assured – your pet’s information IS correct. Please disregard the incorrect KinzPost and enjoy your new pet!

So if we print out our adoption certificate, it will say the right stuff on it? And on our pet bio, will the pet’s birthday, favorite food and toy be correct? I hope so because I am going to get a new pet soon! >>cathouse2

That happened to me! I recently adopted a Webkinz dog and I made her a girl. Then I got a letter in Kinzpost from Webkinz. It congratulated me for adopting a new Webkinz pet. It also showed her information. It said she was a boy. I was freaking out thinking I had clicked the wrong button when I was adopting her. Then, just to be sure, I clicked on her on the “My Pets” page. It showed all of her information and to my relief, it said she was a girl. I just figured that there was a glitch in the letter. If anyone else had that problem too, reply to this comment and tell me. I would love to hear your story!Thank you for fixing it Webkinz!

I already kinda figured this out, as I remember I adopted my Rockerz cow but it said it was a boy (and it really wasn’t) so I checked the actual adoption certificate in the “My pets” section and yup, it was a girl.

Happend to me. But at least it’s gonna get fixed. I marked a gecko a girl and it said a boy? I just thought that was a joke lol.

I have not been able to load the adoption agency since the update. I hope this will be fixed as well. I have pets who want to be adopted! Thanks.

I haven’t been able to log in either. I’ve tried to contact them but have been ignored. I mentioned it here yesterday, but Ganz seems to have removed my post.
