Ms. Birdy here, readers. Some of you who have adopted pets recently may have noticed that when you received your letter in the KinzPost congratulating you on your adoption, your boy was marked down as a girl or vice versa!
Thanks to all of you who reported this issue to us!
I’m afraid that with all the renovations in the Adoption Center, there has been a malfunction in my computer system. But rest assured – if you adopted a girl or a boy, their information is correct. It is ONLY on the KinzPost letter that the wrong information has been listed.
I have put in a call to Nuts and Bolts and although they are swamped they have made an appointment to come and fix my computer on June 5.
I do apologize to those of you who have received the wrong message. And I’m sorry that some of you may still receive a letter with the wrong information between now and then, but please be assured – your pet’s information IS correct. Please disregard the incorrect KinzPost and enjoy your new pet!
Please get the adoption problem fixed. I can’t add my new pet. I know you’re trying to fix the problem but I am beyond frustrated!!!

my little brother was trying to adopt a majestic tiger today to get the prize but it kept disconnecting on us. so thanks for telling us even though we are REALLY disappointed.
