Become a Webkinz Farmer for a great way to earn extra KinzCash!
Visit the Fun Stuff Section in the WShop and look for the Seeds tab. There you will find a variety of Growing Garden seed packets that you can plant in an Outdoor or Treetop room.
Currently, garden items don’t require any maintenance like they did before (like watering or raking weeds).
Each day, you can return to your gardening rooms to check out how your crops are growing. Each type of plant grows at a different rate, but once they are ready, you can click on them to harvest the food.
Once you’ve harvested the food from your Growing Garden plants, your crops are automatically re-planted and the growing cycle starts again. The harvested food in your Dock can either be fed to your pets or sold back to the WShop for a nice KinzCash profit!

I do have a veggie garden, but we don’t resell our crops…we EAT them! LOL
I am a Webkinz farmer! I used to sell most of my produce back to the Wshop, but ever since Webkinz X, I need it to feed my hungry pets. I have even planted 2 more entire yards into gardens. Now I have 3. I miss the tending a very little, but mostly I miss getting several from each harvest. I also have quite a few dispensers throughout my house, so every day I take one pet and travel throughout the house, harvesting produce from the gardens and collecting everything from each dispenser. I never forget, because I am feeding so many hungry pets, and I really count on all that food!
Webkinz headquarter, can you bring back maintenance? I miss it. It’s fun also . It’s like working for food.

Hey FoxesRule612! I absolutely love foxes!(who doesn’t) I don’t have a signature yet… But I am gonna get the signature red fox! That might be my favorite signature. I love the arctic fox!!! I love all animals! Especially dogs horses and foxes…. And cats! :•)

I have special seeds and some regular in my garden, but now that you don’t have to water, I should get some more to plant. I have 102 pets to care for, and that takes up a lot of time, plus I love building rooms!
This is so cool! Thanks Ganz! I love gardening. But once we got webkinz x we weren’t able to water and dig the plants. Now we just have to click them when their grown. but it saves me time.
I am a Webkinz farmer. I have all of kinzcash seeds plus Sushi, pink marshmallows, giant bean, and jelly beans, Please add new seeds–radishes, grapes, squash, or a blackberry bush that you can purchase with kinzcash. I love the fact that you don’t have to tend to them anymore. Great move…Thx!
me too stinkum5 i hope they keep it like this even if you can only get one plant a easy way to get the most of your garden is to only plant watermelons and pumpkins because they are 10 kinzcash and you could already only get one of them
I miss tending my little garden and the multiples that you could harvest from some plants. I would sell so much produce back to the W shop and make more money for furniture shopping!! I don’t miss having to dig up the ruined plants, though. :) ~username kalcan8

I completely agree! If you just look at the math, then the old system makes more sense. With things like strawberries, you could get one or several, making them valuable for growing from a selling point of view. Now, gardeners might as well just grow pumpkins and watermelons, as they earn 10 KC per fruit. (The garden might not be as pretty though without all the variety. And each fruit has it’s own point value that it raises your hunger meter, so variety can be extra nice!) :)
Can someone please tell me where the seeds are in my dock? I have looked everywhere they are not showing up. I knew that they were in decorations but I checked there, I also looked in furniture but I still did not find them. Is this another glitch? I wanted to plant them but first I need to find them. I have checked between the wallpaper and hanging items, between the hanging items and the decorations, I checked under S for SEEDS, looked between decorations and mats, and between mats and movie sets and still NOTHING. I even bought another package to see if it would show up but it did not. PLEASE HELP.
Hey, sambear. Since the switch to Webkinz x I noticed that my seed packets are now at the end of my food section, right before the clothing starts, when you are in A-Z mode, or at the very end while in just food mode. Good luck! username ~ kalcan

I have a garden, I do not like to sell the foods, Even though I can make kinzcash .So I feed it to my pets to save kinzcash.I think everyone should have a garden,gardens are a pretty thing to put in your backyard also. so that is why i have one on my webknz family.I THINK EVERY ONE WHO PLAYS WEBKINZ AND WANTS TO SAVE KINZCOINS SHOULD HAVE A GARDEN FOR THEIR WEBKINZ FAMILY.
