If I could propose a suggestion for next year’s ghost hunt, I would LOVE to see a notification pop up at the top of the screen letting players know that the ghost is currently somewhere in Kinzville, like how there are notices for Fantastic Flower or Bonus Wheel of Wow. I know a lot of players and myself would camp out in the middle of the town square and run laps around the place checking for the ghost, so it would be VERY appreciated if we were told when it was happening. Super fun event, as always!
I agree it would be a great idea if there were some sort of Notification. Also, it seems that some people knew ahead of time where, and when the ghost would appear. For example, I would see people lined up in front of the academy, and they would be kind enough to say “wait ghost soon.” How do these people know? Sometimes I would wait around for an hour going from place to place to try to find the ghost, it can get very exhausting. Also many times people would invite me and say the ghost was there, but I could not see the ghost until I saw it disappear. Is this some sort of glitch? I would try going into the curio shop and then coming back out or changing my pet to see if I could trigger being able to see the ghost. This happened so many times it did not happen just once or twice. Did anybody else have this issue? I do enjoy the ghost event and the prizes, even though I did not win a sofa this time. I did win about 15 scarecrow outfits, lol!
I definitely had that issue too, I also wouldn’t see the ghost until it left the area many times! And the wait time between appearances was a bit overwhelming too, I totally agree with you on that
Yes, the same thing happened to me, too. And a notification would be a great idea.
Disappointed that the couch and stereo were so infrequently awarded – 3 accounts and only received the couch. I hope the prizes reappear either next year or on a WOW. Also the ghost seemed to appear more frequently later in the day or when more people were on – I hope that’s just my perception because those of us normally on early in the am (5-7) need to just get on with things!
I had the same impression (ghost was on more frequently later in the day), since I live in a different time zone, and I thought he might sleep in and is ghosting around only later in the day.
