PLEASE HELP!!! Customer support email is not working. Three members of my family bought brand new webkinz plush and saved them for today, webkinz day, so they would get the special prizes talked about here. (2,000 estore points, pet medallion package, free spins, etc..)The first plush that was adopted came with its pet specific gift box (black cat) but NOT the special gift that was supposed to come with adopting on webkinz day. The pet another member adopted today (highland cow) did not even come with its pet specific box!!! Nothing!! Logged out and logged back in…still not there! Customer support email is not working (it says it is down)…I tried that first. The kids have been lookig forward to this all month, even had it marked on the calender as a special day! Could webkinz support please help with this?
To get your pet’s special gift box, you must make it the active pet and wait for its first pet request. Once you make the Highland Cow the active pet and fulfill its first request, you’ll get the gift box. The bonus gifts were awarded within an hour of the adoption. Check the special section of your dock

My question is this Sally, are the pets in the Classic Next bundles actually for both accounts (classic and next)?
No. There is no way to purchase a code for a virtual Next pet. They must be adopted from the Adoption Center on Next directly.
