Make sure you log in to Webkinz World or the Webkinz mobile app to receive your 2016 Halloween Treat Bag! It’s filled with some spooky sweet candy and a cool costume piece!
UPDATE: If you didn’t receive 2 different pieces of candy and a mask in your treat bag, please send an email with your account name to our Customer Support team at webkinzsupport@ganz.com and they will make sure it is corrected
Visit the haunted Reading Room at the Clubhouse to find the ghost and finish collecting candy for this year’s Trick-or-Treat event! The grand prize for collecting all 12 candies is some Freaky Forest Wallpaper!

what are we supposed toget besides the mask?
what should we have got in our 2016 halloween basket, I opened my 2015 at the same time
well i spent to much time trying to send the email from where you stated that does not work account bear3mdd did not get a mask.
You will need to email Customer Service to get a replacement mask
I sent the email yesterday, showed sent so I had the right address but still no reply today at 5 pm. My time.
Customer service received a lot of these requests. They will get to yours eventually :)

I have 7 accounts all together and none of them we able to get the super wheel to work this morning and it still won’t work. Also I am not able to empty my jars in the jumbleberry arcade game.
