Please help! I have a question regarding my deluxe membership. I went to go renew my membership because it ends on January 1st (Today) so, I typed in the code and it says “This account already has an active membership.” Or something like that…does this mean I should renew it tomorrow…or should it have worked today? I did not receive my deluxe gift box or points so I figured it should let me renew today.
I want that Ride!!!!!! NOW!!!!!!!

You get it as a Super Deluxe item for 2016. There was a contest for that back in September.
My experience has been that you can’t enter a code until the current membership has expired. Try again tomorrow and if it doesn’t work try again later in the day. You won’t get your box or points until you enter the code.
I rejoined before the new half off deal and today I got my Deluxe box but NO estore points. You may need to write them and ask but I bet you will be able to renew tonight after midnight. At the time of my 3 month renewal my box would be delayed until the renewal went through. And I still have a Become a Deluxe Member on my House Page. Good Luck! daisypink99
chirtygirl74 I didn’t receive my Estore points either!? I also didn’t get my Christmas log-in gift, which I wrote to them about but haven’t heard back :(
Your new membership will start on January 2nd. You should receive your deluxe gift today though the points may not show up until the 3rd.
kbk100 ~ Just renew once your account is no longer deluxe. You won’t be able to renew as long as you have Deluxe active on there already. ;) It’s happened to me before, too. ;)
Hi, kbk100! Yes, you do need to renew the next day, because when you bought or renewed your membership 1 year or however long ago you got it, it was on that day, so until midnight KT, you cannot renew your membership, because it is still on your account. Hope this helps, 9boogirl

Thanks Ganz for finally releasing my Adventure Park Waterfall Ride!!! Although it was cool to have an unreleased item…but now all Deluxe members can have it! At least the ones that buy a year membership.
