Here is a special message from Mayor Arte:

 

“Happy New Year, Kinzville! It was exactly one year ago today that I began my duties serving the Citizen of Kinzville as your mayor, and what a year it was! Celebrating our 20th anniversary, launching a new line of Webkinz plush into retail stores, and the return of Webkinz Classic to web browsers! 2025 was certainly a year to remember, and I look forward to an exciting 2026 that will keep that momentum moving forward!

 

Today we are launching our 2026 Winterfest Celebration! Running until Wednesday, January 14th, click on floating snowflakes to get a whole new collection of wonderful winter prizes! You can see all these prizes in our Winterfest Newz post here.

    How do I reach e-store customer service? I bought a deluxe membership and when I entered it, The account did not become Deluxe.

      Make sure you log out completely from Webkinz Classic on all devices before logging back in. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact our Ganz eStore Customer Support team at ganzestorecs@ganz.com. Emails are reviewed from Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm EST (starting on Monday, January 4th).
