Happy WEBKINZ DAY to all! Have fun gaming and shopping! :D AND Happy Birthday to my son, his very first Webkinz (2003 :O) was the Tree Frog named “Mister Sticky” LOL! Good times back then when you had to hunt around the stores for the latest Webkinz plushies. He loved to play Go Go Googles and Zingoz Bounce N Burst…we have many great Webkinz memories.

Happy Webkinz Day everyone! Also, I think Ganz support is closed today, but I had a question and was wondering if anyone could help me. Know those ads for “up to 50% off eStore points”? Well, when you click on the ad, it brings up a “onetime offer of 15,000 points for $4.99″. Whenever I try to purchase it, it says “selected account not found” yet it won’t let me select an account. Mind you, this is in my Webkinz account, so I’m not sure why I’d have to select an account, but even then, it doesn’t give me the option of choosing an account. I’m pretty confused and worried I’ll run out of time on the offer! Any help or anyone that can relate to the issue is appreciated! :)
Do you have an e-Store account? That may be what it is asking for.
Hi RoselilKinz, the offer will be valid until midnight tonight, so you have some time… If you’re not able to purchase your points at all, you should send an e-mail to E-Store Customer Support, and explain your situation in detail. They give excellent customer service. They may–(or may not)–honor the code from today. But if your experiencing issues, they definitely should know about it. I always have problems with the estore if I click on an ad. I went to the Ganz estore from my Google search, and it worked perfectly. I hope that helps you.
I went to E-Store . Then to tab at the top purchase points. This sent me to where you purchase points . BUT off to the LEFT is a CODE for the lower price of points based on how many you are getting. I have to buy a furnice or see abput getting it fixed. SO getting even 50% off this is a bad time. Memberships are not lower by much and Pet of Month is unchanged . I might get points but not till later. My grandma is STILL waiting for 5000 Membership points , They are NOT answering phone on a normal day . I am not feeling the love right now but I still have faith !!
Thanks so much for the responses, everyone! beerfeet – It didn’t ask for the eStore account, however, it did ask for personal information when I went to pay for the points, so I used the exact same information that I have on my eStore account. animalsmatter1 – Thank you, I was planning on doing that as a last resort if nothing else works! Hopefully it’s just a technical issue and it’ll be resolved soon! bashopper – I tried looking for the offer in the eStore, but it’s not showing up. Again, it’s 15,000 points for $4.99, and when you click the ad in Webkinz World, it shows it as a “onetime offer”. I cannot find the same deal in the Ganz eStore. gmatiny – Hi, yes, I know what you’re speaking of! I was a tad bit disappointed that they didn’t have any of the lower point amounts on sale. I’m sorry to hear about your furnace though, and hopefully your grandmother will get her points soon! Have you tried getting help from the Ganz support team via email? Either way, good luck! :)
