We’ve received word from some Webkinz World members that they are having trouble opening some of their Challenges and seeing some of the text. We have Nuts and Bolts, our busy Webkinz Beavers, looking into the issue, but in the meantime we suggest that you take the following steps to try and get them to work:
- Clear the cache (or browsing history) on your internet browser.
- Clear the cookies on your internet browser. You can usually find these options under ‘Tools’ in your browser.
- If it still doesn’t work, try opening Webkinz in a different browser than the one you were using.
Hopefully these troubleshooting tips will correct the problem and get you back on track to completing your Challenges!
I also am still stuck on this challenge!
I am also stuck on this challenge, it won’t register when I move my items around the map.
My “Build Your Own Kinzville” mission is not working properly, i can’t finish the second task which is to move 2 items. It is stuck on 1/2.
