We’ve received word from some Webkinz World members that they are having trouble opening some of their Challenges and seeing some of the text. We have Nuts and Bolts, our busy Webkinz Beavers, looking into the issue, but in the meantime we suggest that you take the following steps to try and get them to work:
- Clear the cache (or browsing history) on your internet browser.
- Clear the cookies on your internet browser. You can usually find these options under ‘Tools’ in your browser.
- If it still doesn’t work, try opening Webkinz in a different browser than the one you were using.
Hopefully these troubleshooting tips will correct the problem and get you back on track to completing your Challenges!
My some of the tasks in my challenges are not getting credited like are supposed to. Like I’ll play the game for the task but the task will not update. HELP!!!

When I completed a challege it won’t give me the prizes! The space one I played Hoppy Little Rocket Ship but it won’t give me the prizes! Please fix that

Earth Day 2013 Challenge Part 3 you need : 1) Pick up 3 pieces of trash from the Kinzville park. 2) You need to ask for 5 I think they are seedlings, but it doesn’t really matter because you just click to ask friends. Total of 500 points playing Tulip Trouble 2. I hope this helps everyone.
My mega challenge will not allow me to ask friends for ancient scrolls, Any ideas? I know it is working for some, because I’ve sent it to those who ask. I tried all the suggestions above, and still no luck
Why not have phone help? Would help sooooo much! Things have changed in WEBKINZ since I started playing some years ago, and phone assistance would be a positive addition!
it was fixed so i could read the challenges but now today i can not read them again. also the guess the pet quiz here on the news does not let me finish it.
