We’re so excited about the new Cactus Cat designed by player 20littlered03! This prickly pet is due to be released for sale in Ganz eStore and in the W Shop starting on Webkinz Day – April 29, 2020!
While we already have an idea for this pet’s Pet Specific Food (stay tuned to Webkinz Newz for more info on the PSF in the future!) we had two great ideas for the Pet Specific Item but we just can’t decide.
So we decided to enlist your help! We asked the talented art department to come up with two concept drawings for our ideas. It’s not going to be easy – they’re both amazing and either would make a fantastic PSI for the Cactus Cat!

Definitely the Desert Dream Bed! The Cactus Garden is great, but the Cactus Dream Bed will allow us to build an entire room around that theme. Maybe Webkinz can come up with a matching desert floor or walls too. ;) The colors are amazing and I love the sunset on the bottom of the bed too! SO excited about this Cactus Cat.
I think I like the cactus garden better because it reminds me of the Sonoran Desert better. I think the cacti are very accurate and make me think of my grandma’s house in Arizona. I ❤️ Cactus Garden, but if you want it to be grammatically correct, call it Cacti Garden.
