I’m so sad this isn’t for classic because I REALLY need the sofa

I had that problem once, about a year ago. It was very frustrating. It turned out to be an issue that the Microsoft Store had to resolve. I remember emailing webkinz support, and they were the ones who told me the issue was with Microsoft, so I had to contact them–which was no easy feat. But eventually, I figured it out, got through to them, and the situation was resolved. Hope this helps a little, so you can get it all sorted out.
