I was so excited to get this piece and turns out that 6 out of my 21 accounts never got the prize when I clicked on the arrow. I logged out before I went into every account and then I logged back in again after I never received it and it is no where to be seen in my dock. I contacted support so I’m hoping they’ll put them in my docks but the same thing happened to me with the last player appreciation gift in 1 account and they didn’t seem to pleased to have to do it for me. Hopefully I’ll get it since I have loved this piece ever since it first came to the e-store :)
