I missed it because we had a major snow storm on Saturday and lost power early. I was unable to log on. We got power back Sunday evening, and of course that was a day too late. Too bad, that was a nice bed that would’ve looked nice in my winter fort room. :(
I agree! I think if a Deluxe member is unable to log on to a computer and at least logs on the app they should be able to get the Deluxe Item. I was in a school and out of town unable to log on and missed the igloo bed. I am very disappointed. Some things are just out of our control. Thanks for listening.

I don’t think it is very fair that if a Deluxe member is unable to log in on Deluxe Day that they have missed their chance… I was unable to play this Deluxe Day and I was really looking forward to it too.
I totally agree with you. When players pay for a deluxe membership, they should receive what they paid for without conditions attached.
