Actually, I looked again, and I think prizes are being awarded, they are just hard to find in my dock, especially if they are duplicates of things I have. I really like this campaign, though! I just wish it were easier to figure out what you won!
The prizes are added to your dock, but you won’t receive a notification. If you search your dock, you will find new items
The pink jacket, and the purple jacket with the yellow scarf I love all webkinz clothes, shoes, and hats I wish I could be deluxe so I could get all there clothes love love them all :)
Today is Jan.8th and I would like to know has anyone if they have received different items for game? I only keep getting the onesies and know have 8 of them. I thought you were to get different ones each day. The time of the day doesn’t matter. I’m on a lot of different times of the day or night.

Sally WEBKINZ -Customer service STILL has not found my Hamsters Santa Hat !!! I ONLY have 1 and no way to get another PLEASE HELP ??!!!! NO they don’t write me yet or ever :(
It was in my dock 2 days befor Christmas and I wrote them right away to get help finding it :( .
I’ve contacted CS and they did say that they responded to you. The issue with the Nick hat is more complicated than just “missing,” so it will take time to fix.
I just found out today and guess what, I got winter window & 1234rez got the rare item juke box!!! yaaay, thanks Ganz for spoiling us with more prizes!!!

Can you tell me why when I log into my account why I do not get a message saying I have won a prize for playing the rockerz lion? Also I never know what I have won. (I have a lot of stuff in m dock and have some of the same items you an win). It used to say what you won when you finished finding the pet five times. Thanks
Unfortunately, that functionality does not exist at the moment. It is on the list for improvements, though.
Why havent my prizes been showing up in my account? I’ve played the game for the last 5 days and have not yet received a prize once. Please let me know what I have to do.
There is no notification when you receive a random prize through a Peek-A-Newz or floaty clicky on Webkinz Newz — the prize just goes straight to your dock.

Hi Dear Friend CMSROCKZ !! The fireplace is inxisable but in the center if you carefully click the light purple area ( it’s real light) then a crystal appears ;) but it’s easy to miss. If you see the crystal then the fireplace can be removed . I have a few I just left then for now but I did move them earlier this week , THANKS for being such a nice friend I hope this helps :) .
