Do i get to keep all of my pets? Or will they be deleted? (I have around 35-50 Webkinz and i just don’t want to lose them like that)
The two games are completely separate. Nothing will change on Classic Webkinz, and you’ll be starting fresh on the new site

Where do you get the Classic Webkinz? I’m so confused, I thought that automatically gets updated to the new one? Honestly – this whole thing is incredibly upsetting, confusing and almost not worth the trouble. I tried playing the 3D beta for a day and it was so slow I just couldn’t take it. You see everyone else walking around zooming fast and my pets just plodded along like walking through mud. There had to be a better way to make this ONE game – most of us barely had time for ONE let alone TWO. So sad after all these years and all the money spent.
I noticed the plush code area in the adoption centre and I really hope there is an announcement about this soon! I’ve been waiting for new plush to collect!!
Wow, uhh, was not expecting this.. o.O I gotta say, I’m not a huge fan of those 3D graphics. And I wish it wasn’t called “Webkinz.” This isn’t Webkinz- this is a very different looking game. Nonetheless, it looks interesting and I’ll give it a try! I like the idea of having some social aspects on mobile so I could talk to friends more easily, and I guess having baby pets is cool? Lol, kinda weird for Webkinz, but whatever. I’ll go download it and see what I think of it.

YIKES! Looks very “uncanny valley”. The classic cartoon drawn version looks so much better. I’ll be sticking to that.
Hmm…. I hope this doesn’t take anything away from the classic game. I understand Webkinz has to format the game differently to appeal to the younger generation. I have been playing on and off for over 12 years, with nearly 200 pets, and actual money spent on estore items and memberships, so it would be a real shame if the classic Webkinz ends up getting shut down because of this new version.
Let me just start off by saying that I was not expecting anything like this when Ganz announced beta testing for a new game, haha, but I think it’s pretty cool! :) I’m glad it’s a separate game, too, so we can enjoy the best of both worlds! I made accounts for three of my five classic WW accounts, and it’s fun, so far! I love the orange tabby cat— it’s super cute XD I only wish my other classic pets could be on this game, too! I would’ve loved to have seen what they looked like in 3-D form. Also… has anyone else noticed that, in the adoption center, the thing where you type in codes asks for 15 digits, instead of the normal 8? Does this mean that Ganz has created a new plush line especially for this game? o.o
Oh, my, gosh! This will be just like having WOW and WOW Classic on the same account! I’m so excited to see what the new format will be like! Any word as to when the PC version will be up???? So Cool!!!
