Judy Moody Watch and Win Video Challenge Available to Residents of the U. S.

Hey, Webkinz fans! We’re so excited that Judy Moody and the NOT Bummer Summer has taken over a room in the Clubhouse! And right now, Webkinz users who live in the United States can win *prizes in our Watch and Win Video Challenge by clicking on the Theater Screen in the room.

We wish we could make the Watch and Win Video Challenge available to all of our members, but there’s still plenty of fun for everyone in the Judy Moody and the NOT Bummer Summer Clubhouse room! Check out the room, play some cool games and look out for a random prize dispenser!

We can’t wait until the film comes out – and we hope you’re as excited to see Judy Moody and the NOT Bummer Summer as we are!

Judy Moody and the NOT Bummer Summer is in theaters June 10, 2011.

*One prize per Webkinz account per day.

THIS IS SO AWESOME AND COOL. I’VE GONE TO THAT ROOM ONE MILLION TIMES ALREADY AND GOT A LOT OF THE PRIZES!!

  2. heart607 says:

If the people outside of the US click the cat in the corner of the room, they can still win prizes!

Yes, but we never get to win the Dresser or the Bulletin Board.
What makes this more upsetting is that we actually were allowed (every zone) to play it for one day. Then the plug was pulled on the movie. Sometimes it is better if we don`t get to see what we are missing than to actually have experienced it and then have it taken away. We just want to be a part of the excitement and fun, too.

Wow really???? So we get to eat hamburgers while the USA members are getting the steak??? Sorry, does not fly with me. It’s all or nothing, I don’t need any “consolation” prizes just because I live in Canada. I am a member just like everyone else and I’ll glady give back the little scraps Ganz is offering members outside of the USA.

    I love the prizes!!!!

I wish people would understand that at this point this has nothing to do with the actual prizes, good or bad, that are given out. This is about the fact that for a 3rd straight time every member who pays the same money to play this game and be a member but who does not have an IP address within the U.S. is being EXCLUDED. That is what this is about. Over and over and over again those players outside of the U.S. are not being treated the same…they are not allowed to play the game equally…that is what this is about. Please understand this. It is not about the actual prizes…it’s about how we are being omitted from equal play.

You can get a prize from the little kitten in the corner!
Canadians can get every one of the prizes from the kitten! all of them!!!
The prizes are random………..the board on the wall with the corn on it…..not tradeable or kinzpostable…….I got this prize on the first day………have not seen it since…….it is a bummer prize…….. it doesn’t do much
The lime green dresser is NOT a dresser but a decoration…………..it is worth 1 kinzcash at Wshop………it is also a bummer
The bean shaped rug………..not tradeable or kinzpostable………..cute but common…….how many of these do i need??
    still a bummer
The kitten statue is a prize and it is tradeable…….it is more common……..and really cute….NOT a bummer
The bean bag chair is tradeable and kinzpostable……….it is very common, but nice and useful………I like them
    NOT a bummer:)
I am SO glad I don’t have to watch JUdy MOoDy OVER AND OVER, Thanks Ganz!

I’m disappointed in this promotion. The lime green dresser doesn’t hold anything and can’t be traded. It also only sells for 1 kinzcash. The bullein noard is cool looking, but also can’t be traded and only sells for 1 kinzcash.

  8. goldstarz says:

How come Canada people can’t use it? I am a canadian why not?!

  9. FroggyDoodle says:

Ganz ultimately controls their own website, and thus the final decision on these promos being theirs they are omitted. Ganz owns Webkinz and thus, what takes place in Webkinz World is ultimately Ganz decision, including what promos run and the stipulations regarding those promos…In my mind, posts blaming these promos on outside companies is feeding the frenzy.

Why do you still play on here if you are so unhappy? No one is forcing you.

      • FroggyDoodle says:

In all honesty, I ask myself that everyday lately. As a family we started playing back in 2007. We have spent a lot of money on this game and had a lot of enjoyment over the years. Myself, I keep hoping, and keep trying, and keep expecting improvement. I do it for that reason, I do it because I choose to, in the same way I choose to express my displeasure…the same way U.S. citizens did when they could not participate in the Chipette costume promo…but those U.S. citizens were never questioned, rather they were supported. Table get turned and look what happens…it’s obvious that being given the perks results in forgetting the hard feelings…hope that happens to us soon!

Okay, I know US residents are thinking we aren’t missin’ much and they’re selling for a buck a pop, but you should be greatful considering all the things Canadians are excluded from. If Universal Pictures can make the HOP promotion available to Canadians (after a few striking comments from Canadians) then they can make this available for not just Canadians but for people in the rest of the world! You know, it’s nice we can at least get one prize, but everything we’ve been excluded from isn’t gonna make a difference now that they’ve gave in by giving us at least one ”nice little prize.”
