I’ve been playing this game since 2009, and i’m kinda upset that I can’t get any of the new animals when you join, I have to pay for a deluxe, and it’s all a little disappointing. Could you maybe look into all players that joined before 2015 getting a one month deluxe too? It would mean a lot to me and other players as well. Also, is it possible to even get the “New Member Exclusive” pets?
Since you went to webkinz x I have so many items missing, most of the items can not be replaced. When are we going to get them back, all we have are the glass looking spaces in our rooms. I can not put anything else in my room on those places.My furniture in my rooms I can not put in right places, I have some items like my beds that are cut in half.With the items missing and I can not put anything else in its place so I have a room that is half usable.PLEASE fix this I want my items back, Since you started IRONING out these items I have not received any of my items back or anything fixed.I NEED THIS FIXED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yay, Deluxe Day! Congratulations to all Deluxe members! P.S. Can someone at Webkinz please fix the Kinzville Movie Theatre? Every time I click on it, a gray box pops up, but there is no movie screen. Also, something is wrong with the Adventure Park! I had to dig up a Yellow Star and a Yellow Crystal for a quest with Sparky, and I found the Yellow Star, but after digging up ALL of the rocks in the two digging rooms, NONE of them had the Yellow Crystal! So I’m just stuck! PLEASE fix these problems!!!

I don’t think it was sarcastic(?) I think it’s a really cool prize C: But I can’t find mine :/ Most of the time when I see the announcements after logging in, it shows I have won something, but the pictures don’t show up to tell me what it is :S I didn’t realize until later that I had completely missed out on the red and blue striped swim top (I tried to log in after reset, but I was in the middle of a 2 day drive & I was so tired I forgot about the time change!) :X If I missed out on this too, I’ll be crushed!

Me too, bullseyejingles! I hope that it does make music or sound, but nothing that is animated seems to work on Webkinz, except for my Dragon Bed. (The smoke comes out of it’s nose really fast, though and it doesn’t look right..)
