When I click on the floating marshmallow in Ganzworld it does not translate to webkinz for the credit. This has happened for the last two days. Does anyone else have this problem.

Has anyone else not received their marshmallow after clicking on the floating marshmallow on this site? Today & yesterday, I clicked on the floating one, and did not receive it either day? I am logged in and have received the extra money in my webkinznewz account but not the marshmallow. Love the prizes being given away with collecting them all, especially the tent!
