Seems to me that if you pay for the deluxe membership you should get the deluxe gifts. Sometimes people are on vacation or have other responsibilities and can’t always access a computer or login to receive the items. Seems they should at least have multiple days you can get it.
And yet…another Deluxe Prize I couldn’t get because I was nowhere near a computer. I do, however, have Webkinz Mobile on my phone. Sure do wish we could have a way to get our Deluxe prizes when we are not near a computer. What is the point of having Webkinz Mobile, when it can’t help us when we are not…near…a computer? Or…why not just put the Deluxe Prize in…our…dock! It would then be there when we can get back to a computer. Why is this so difficult to do? Why not?
That functionality does not currently exist and would require extensive updates to add. While we can easily add new items and pets, changes to the code are not as easy. Webkinz mobile lets you play with your pets and decorate your rooms and play in the arcade, and for the prizes that are for everyone, you can use it to log in and receive them.
