I don’t like how Plumpy has been answering such obvious questions the last three or so months. Like “How do I wish for
the daily exclusive item thing.” You click on the thing that wasn’t at the Wish Factory before! I loved Plumpy’s “advice” when it was about decorating, cloting, recipes, and etc.! Now she just says stuff most people already know. Sorry if I sound mean, I am just trying to get my point across.

how come u guz have the same answer everywhere one day i logged onto webkinz and everytning that was gone that wasn’t from the w-shop was gone my mom e-mailed u ,called u did everything because my 4 years of hard work and money were gone overnight all u guys said and i quote “The only way an item can go missing is if someone knows your username and password (or Secret Code) and has accessed your account. Please remember to make it something easy for you to remember but difficult for others to guess.” i never told anyone my password and it was all gone overnight and fyi my password is 11 random letters and numbers making it impossible for anyone to guess please tell me wat i should do i was so devastated that i cut the heads ohh my stuffed animals. also my mom is pissed off at Ganz.
