We have listened to the concerns of our Webkinz fans and decided that we will rollback the Kinzville Park change made today. As of noon tomorrow (March 13th) players will once again be able to enjoy chatting with KinzChat PLUS while visiting the park.
Our decision to reduce KinzChat PLUS was not taken lightly. Our numbers were showing that the system was not being well used, with the large majority of rooms available completely empty. Over 90% of social play was happening in regular KinzChat. The most used KinzChat PLUS area has always been the Trading Room, as it is much easier to make a difficult trade when you can use a full dictionary of words. As such we never even considered removing KinzChat PLUS from the Trading Room. It was our belief that with so much of our current chatting occurring in the Trading Room, that this would be enough.
After making the initial announcement, we heard from numerous fans about their concerns about the change. One of the most impactful concerns was the ability for players to enjoy chatting without getting interrupted by continuous trading requests. We agree that this would have been a problem.
In the end we decided that the best course of action was to just open the Park back up again. We feel this gives our KinzChat PLUS players a large area in which to chat, while allowing our monitors to focus their efforts so to provide the best service possible. The Coral Cove and Clubhouse KinzChat PLUS features will not be returning.
We will be making a few more small changes, but we are committed to making the Kinzville Park your go-to location for fun KinzChat PLUS chatting.

Thanks a bunch, Ganz! Even though I will miss the old KinzChat Plus rooms, I’m relieved that I’ll be able to chat with my friends once again. However, the only request I have is to bring the “Find My Friends” feature to the Park; this way, users will be able to navigate around the Park with ease. The map at the front of the park could also feature not only where you are, but where your friends are as well; after all, the park is very big, so it might be hard to find the user you’re looking for at first. Once again, thank you for listening to the concerns of your users. It means a lot to us! ;)

Plz give us back old clubhouse!!!!! We all miss it! Like I said before, Maybe the whole thing where Join KCP thing is hiden! Plus, Maybe if you keep it open longer and open it earlier, ( Or keep it open 24/7,) then more ppl will play! plz reply!
Ganz it is so good to be able to visit the park again..thank you for doing this! Ill do my best as yellowdog to help make the park full and full of life again. Along with friends Snow Car Sim and Cap we hope to make it a place of Joy once again :)

Well at least they listened some what to us. We will now have somewhere to chat! But I still wish that they would have kept one other room in the club house. I always chatted in the doug room while waiting for him! It was nice now I don’t even go looking for him at all. But Thanks for giving us somewhere to chat with our friends without having a request given to us every 2 secs.
I am very glad that you returned the KinzChat plus to the park. But I would also like you to know that I will not be using the clubhouse. I tried it and found it extremely boring without being able to speak to anyone. I also tried the trading room, and had to constantly say no to requests to trade. I guess the only time I will use the clubhouse is when you have something going on there, like the leprechaun.
